the time my late brother was having cancer treatments. Everything we had was delicious. Very nice menu; but my favorite was the butternut squash soup. Not sure if it’s still on the menu.
Breakfast is the best thing on the menu, but they only serve it til 10 (I believe). Portions are good, most time the service is good.
Located inside the University hospital. Two hour free parking at the garage across the street. Delicious food at reasonable prices.
Food is really good. They are proud of what they serve. My wife ordered a pizza and the manager came out to tell us the pizza had to be redone due to the quality. It was really nice that they do that to maintain the high standards. We had time so we dont mind waiting for perfectly cooked pizza. My shrimp pasta was perfect. Shrimp cooked to perfection.
Employees are the nicest, and the food is always very fresh whether it’s breakfast or lunch.
I'm only giving it four stars because I've only had one meal there, twice! Best American style breakfast I've had including at many of the country's best hotels. Scrambled eggs were done just right with the barest hint of seasoning I can't pinpoint but was seriously tasty without being overwhelming. Heavy wheat toast that tasted nothing like sawdust and was served with a pat of room temperature butter, not swimming in basted on melted ? To die for hashed browns and most excellent apple-smoked bacon. For $8.00 no less, Oh My!
The chicken tenders have been ranked as the best in the world but many food critics. Would suggest this place to anyone.
Sadly, not a good visit. My pesto pizza had too much pesto and was wet. The manager was great and gave me a refund as I understood the wetness and asked for it to be placed through the oven twice. Guess I just had the wrong cook that day.
In UH Seidman Cancer Center, this restaurant is a much-needed addition to the food options on the main campus. People go bonkers for their chicken.
Everytime my son is in the hospital.. which is a lot we come here for some non cafeteria food. Usually it's very good and has great portion sizes but the chicken tenders are often over cooked and rip up the roof of your mouth. I just wish they would bring the creme Brule back!
