I have been inside this location a few times and the times i’ve been the place was clean and quiet. The staff is a hit or miss, some days they are friendly and some days they are not. I haven’t had a bad meal from this location and I hope I don’t. I had the the Flatbread Pizza Meal, this was my first time trying the pizza and I can honestly say that it was good. If I was to get the flatbread again, I would get the cheese with extra sauce. The salad was bomb af because I added my favorite add on. I recommend this location!
I've been there only once, but this place seems nice to me. Good place for students to have a meal.
The new pizzas are amazing!! It is now my new favorite dish. Full of flavor and healthy, loved it. The resturant was super clean!!! I have been to different Paneras' where the tables are dirty and the bathrooms are not well kept.

We ordered for delivery here yesterday and our meal was completely wrong. The manager (Shayla?) went out of her way today to fix the issue and delivered a fixed version of our order this afternoon. She even wrote a nice message on the complimentary cookies. Will definitely be coming here again. Thank you for the great and honest customer service.
Our chess club meets here on Sundays. I find the decor to be very good, the food has been historically good and still is, and it's in a very accessible spot. In addition, they’ve added some good new entrees to their menu. They've made an additional effort towards cleanliness and maning the POSs. And finally, it's easily accessible by bus or car.
I'd say the food prep & attention to detail at this location is better than average. They do a lot of take out, mobile orders. They don't have a super stocked bakery section but that's to be expected given their urban location. Good parking options, dedicated area for mobile order pick up, tons of seating. They tend to have a lot of dashers, and students, young professionals there. They have wifi and tables set up for working. You'll always see a good number of people working with laptops open. Have a second story of seating.
The food was great I had the smoked gouda melt baguette, and it was delicious along with 50% off bakery.
