The food actually looks appetizing. The customer service is great. They are patient and even give suggestions. The restroom are clean. I think this is probably the nicest Dunkin I've ever been too. The employees actually seem happy to be here.
Cold brew at Dunkin is delicious. Add your favorite sweetener, cream, and the sweet cold foam if you like it. It's my favorite cold coffee. Mobile order is fast and the staff is friendly
From my experience with "Dunkin' Donuts" around the Cleveland area this location is the best around by far when it comes to what you want they usually have everything on the menu to my knowledge and it couldn't be prepared any better very friendly staff as well this is my favorite Dunkin' in Cleveland.
I love this place! My order is always right, as it should be- I order the same thing (unlike the coffee shop a few doors down that will remain unnamed). Staff is exceptionally friendly! Especially the evening shift staff!
The mint hot cocoa was delicious, as well as the jelly filled donut. The young ladies working there were very nice and helpful.
Donuts and service were great. Line moves quickly regardless of how busy they are..
A lot of great options to choose from at Dunkin’ 🍩♡ I enjoy the grilled cheese melt, three cheese 🥐 stuffer, and last but not least the Dunkaccino. This location is speckless and radiant of great coffees aromas. The workers are pretty sweet too
Busy but good coffee and the employees are awesome
Service has improved however the quality of the breakfast sandwiches has not. I order well toasted and it's obvious either the employee doesn't understand well toasted or they don't care. I'm not sure. Otherwise coffee and donuts are ok.
What can I say? Me and my dad used to go here for donuts and iced coffee all the time. Service (compared to some places around here…) is good, and food/drinks will be served in not a lot of time. 5/5, no complaints 🤩
