My fiancee and I went to Ruth's Chris Steak house for our 2yr Anniversary. Everyone greated by saying Happy Anniversary and they even sprinkled rose petals on the table with a happy anniversary card personally signed. The food and service was absolutely wonderful. The ambiance was like no other. Our waiter Jeffery was amazing. We dine out a lot and he was one of the best waiters we've ever had. Thank you Jeffery for your great service. Our food was melt in your mouth good. Its definitely a must have experience.
It was raining yesterday and as soon as I pulled up, a gentleman escorted me to the door with an umbrella. Once inside, I was led to a private party room where the rest of my family was celebrating my step father's bday. I ordered the lamb chops which were so meaty and thick. I also had au gratin potatoes and mushrooms which were really good also. Everyone in the party enjoyed their meal. I will definitely be back!

The steak was a simply stunning piece of meat. It was tender and juicy, seasoned nice. The shrimp complimented it well. The sides were cold we had to send them back and get more (they were still cold) but it was ok. Between the salad at the start of the meal, and the fact that I couldn’t stop eating the delicious steak and shrimp, the side dishes were after thoughts.
Update: Went for dinner again last night....PERFECTION 😊 I’m in love with their steak and the potatoes oh my 👀 Let’s not forget the staff they’re the BEST in town!
This was my first visit, I was truly impressed with the level of professional service, and the meal was almost perfect...we did not have desert lol. I will use the $25 gift card that was passed out to all the Mother's...that is a class act.

The atmosphere was very nice with a lounge area on the main floor and we had our meal on the second level. The service was great we made a reservation and had no issue getting to our table. The host acknowledged we were there to celebrate a birthday and sprinkled some birthday confetti on the table. I also received complementary dessert (apple pie with caramel drizzle and a scoop of vanilla icecream). My new York strip 16oz was amazing perfect char on the outside served sizzling ( literally) and perfectly done medium on the inside. Other entree ordered was the lamb my significant other was not happy as most of the lamb was fat and we prefer leaner cuts in all meats. Waitress did offer to grab the manager but he declined🤷🏽♀️The lobster macaroni and cheese ($19) which I was excited to try really fell flat on expectation I was missing that creamy, sharp cheesy combination the Mac definitely lacked in flavor. Also we had asparagus and mashed potatoes which were just ok. I'd have to say the steak was the best part and that would be the only thing I'd get if I visit again. Pricy $$$
We stopped in on a Sunday evening. We ordered drinks. I had a Old Fashioned, it was delightful. My wife had a raspberry drink which she really enjoyed as well. The bread was warm and soft. I had a Ribeye with fingerling potatoes. The steak was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of seasoning. My wife and daughter had Filets, which they loved as well. Our server and her assistant were very attentive and made us feel welcome. The decor was beautiful. I can't wait to stop again.
Excellent! From start to finish can't say enough about what a wonderful evening we had the chef prepared my husband a very special Beef Wellington it was phenomenal! Everyone there made our anniversary Unforgettable thank you so much :-)
The food was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. Went here for my anniversary and enjoyed everything from the drinks to the dessert. I have no complaints. Are waiter was the best. I think his name was Ramon.
The service from everyone was awesome, starting with valet. The moment you get there your treated with care. The food was also great. I had the bone in steak special which came with your choice of steak knife. I was full halfway through however the food was so good I continued to eat till it was all gone hahahahahah. Went for my 2year anniversary and can't wait to return. If you love great food and customer service this is the place for you.
The food is excellent, but it is expensive. It is almost overpriced (the wine definitely is overpriced). Lately I have been going earlier for the specials in the bar area, and I have been happier with the value. Parking is inconvenient, you will have to pay for the valet (an issue for any downtown restaurant, but FYI). I only had one issue in dining here, I reported it to management and they fixed the problem to my satisfaction. The folks I encountered working there were all very nice and did their jobs well. Tip: I order my filet mignon one step lower than usual because I can cook it a bit more on the super-hot plate in front of me. Whatever you do, don't touch the plate! They added a few nice touches for my birthday which were appreciated!
Food was amazing as well as customer service. Our server Stacy was on point with excellent recommendations.
The petit ribeye was absolutely juicy and full of flavor, and the wine was very sweet and delicious.
