I enjoyed this place evrytime I've been there. I don't think they are good as chipotle but they serve beer and have great chips and salsa.
I would highly reccomend going on a Tuesday because they have an amazing 2$ taco deal
Good for a fast, portable meal. Even possibly somewhat healthy (with the beans and slaw toppings). The food is tasty and I like that there are spicy options. It's an order-at-the-counter place and the service is fine (considering they're probably underpaid students). For some reason I'm rarely motivated to go there unless I need something fast and cheap, but it's good for those occasions.
The Best Chips. Love love love Habanero. Mostly because I love to go and just order chips and one of their many salsas. The portion is big enough to be a meal in and of itself and for just a couple bucks. Their fish tacos are pretty great too.
Reliable - Great Burritos. Simple - food is great.... they will customize your burrito... Wish I still lived in Clifton... would go more often
My first Habenero exp has been great. I love the chips and the veggie options. Portions are big. I think I would add garlic to the salsa but really I have little complaints. Also, they have Mr.Pibb.
I got the Veggie quesadilla with roasted potatoes, cheddar cheese, spinach, cilantro (no poblano peppers, tomatoes, or Monterey Jack cheese) Dipped it in sour cream... Soooo delicious! Also, the booths are comfortable, the art hanging on the walls is all made by a local guy, really awesome stuff. Loved it

Taco Tuesdays, get the fish tacos. Great lunch, good price. My only complaint is they are a bit selfish with the salsa. If i could get a bowl of salsa with my chips id be a happy happy man..

As always I love this place and the tacos. However I had the most delicious lunch here. Instead of my usual tacos, i on a whim ordered a chicken chimichanga. Holy cow this thing was huge and more delicious then I ever expected...l

Best burritos in Cincinnati. Easily. Salsa, meats, fish, can't go wrong with any of it. Highly recommended.
Good quesadilla, can't wait 4 burritos. We already ordered the quesadilla when we realized what we really should've gotten were the burritos! After looking at others enjoying theirs and seeing the signs that they got voted#1... now,it's not like the quesadilla disappointed w/tasty ckn, fresh cilantro andcorn.I just wish there was a mix of cheeses.
First time I had Mad Max last weekend, I fell in love with it. However the next two times that I ordered this menu this week raised a bit of quality control concern. The first time was perfect; food came as depicted on the website, with three fried fish fillets. Second time came with only two. Then today’s third time came with fish sticks instead of fish fillets. Still delicious but wish the quality was consistent.
Always a great experience. Love the food and the workers are pleasant and friendly. We don't do dine in currently but the food smelled amazing. Portions are still a nice size.
Update: They have completely transformed this place and have a TapRoom next door. We still did not eat in but you are not allowed to follow your food and instruct what and how to prepare. So make sure you provide instructions when you order.
My first visit and female cashier was helpful and provided excellent customer service. I ordered the Porkopolis bowl. It was sóoooo good. Instead of chips and salsa, I got an order of Black beans & rice. The food was favorable and not spicy for my taste. It was so much food, I got my doggie bag to take home. The atmosphere was great because there's a business area next to restaurant to play pool, a bar 🍺 and live music. I will definitely take a trip back to this Mexican food establishment.👍🏽
Pretty good stuff here, I got the OG Burrito, chips which are flour tortilla, very nice, queso and guac was good too

Prices were decent what u get.
I just wish the fish was something other than tilapia. And ask for everything on the side. They load it so it impossible to actually pick up.

Service was a little slow but after you order they do bring it to your table. Opens up to a bar on the other side inside. Lots of bar traffic on the food side. Was a little loud and very distracting with all the people walking in and out right beside our table while trying to eat with an 8yr old at the table with us. Large portion size and good food.
Clean and very nicely furnished, it's like Chipotle for foodies with fresh ingredients and house made salsas. Dine in included free chips (house made from flour rather than corn tortillas). I had a burrito with the flash fried tofu (excellent). Their hot sauce is slightly sweet and has great flavor, spicy but not overwhelming.
Hands down the best dishes and food for a great price, two plates, one chimichanga less than $40.00
Delicious food! Has good flavor, fresh, and large portions. We were glad we visited for lunch.
