I love going to OTR. I love this location. It is so close to Washington Park my favorite non food related destination. The shop is both family friendly and intimate. I had the recent summer flavor of Banana Cream Pie with very yummy Double Chocolate Chip before an event that evening. For a flavor without any chocolate in it I recommend it. Having been here on many times I find the manager and employees to be very friendly and efficient. The portion sizes are large. I really enjoy sampling the many flavors that I am interested in getting. What else is there to say! Graeter's ice cream is very a rich and creamy. I love the chunks of chocolate. It is an OTR must go to place. #graetersicecream
What can I say? - I love ice cream, and am addicted to milkshakes even though I'm lactose intolerant! I love Graeters. Plus the location of this particular shop is fantastic!
Good Ice Cream and great service. Store is very clean and nicely decorated. You can buy pints to go. We had a couple incidents with homeless who came in the store while we were there causing a minor commotion, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.
Heard it was extremely popular/famous, so we went in immediately. Ordered Mango sorbet and black raspberry chip. The mango sorbet was okay but the raspberry chip was over the moon delicious.
I love Graeter’s ice cream. I usually buy a pint because I am in Minnesota. However it just tastes different when I get it at the ice cream shop. I loved that the staff was super nice and made the experience that much better. I got the boldly bearcat. My goodness it was so good. I am coming back again.
We got the sunrise smoothie, 1 scoop of cookie dough ice cream, and 1 scoop of cookies and cream ice cream. All were VERY good and some of the only ice cream I’ve thought deserved 5 stars. Most places are just hype, but this place genuinely had delicious ice cream and smoothies 😋 Definitely will be back for more when visiting Cincy!!

Love the vegan "non animal" ice creams. The chocolate chip with cherry is excellent. Great sweet, creamy, fruity combo.
Great local ice cream shop with AMAZING ice cream! Wide variety of choices and high quality! Friendly staff with a clean environment and awesome music in the background.

Graeter's, in general, had some of the most delicious ice creams imaginable, but still is offering you to sample any flavor you like before ordering.
I have been to this particular location many times and I like it because it's not only it offers a wide variety of Greater's products, it's very nicely located near so many other eateries and restaurants in Over The Rhine area.
It's not the biggest Graeter's place I have ever visited, but I have never had a problem finding a flavor I like there.
Staff have always been friendly, and the place has always been clean. I can't ask for anything more.
It's a 5-stars for me all the way.
Amazing ice cream and chocolate!! Great service. It was our first time and it was worth it. It was a great experience. Would recommend.
