Great food and great relaxed atmosphere. The sushi was absolutely amazing and very fresh. Will definitely return!!
Food was delicious and service was awesome! We had the dumplings, almond roll, spicy salmon cracker and Charleston rolls. All were great!
Udon Curry Noodles with Beef and the Insanity Roll were delicious and I want to go back just for that. Convenient location with free parking in a local shopping center. I have been here many times and will be returning.

Phenomenal! The small soup is a sizable portion. The light curry brought comfort to my soul. The Tom Kai is so refreshing. The Charleston roll is drizzled in a yummy sauce and a hit with my husband, who doesn’t like fish. The beef and broccoli is the best we’ve ever had, so tender and such depth of flavor. The pad Thai is light - squeeze the lime over the dish for brighter taste. The banana spring roll…to die for! It’s a mix of warm and cold, crunch and melt-in-your-mouth. I’m sad that we’re only passing through town. Definitely stop here!
Hands down BEST SUSHI EVER!!!! (And that's saying a lot being a Californian and a lover of sushi) It was out of this world!!
The white fatty tuna was so fresh it literally melted in my mouth! The yellowtail was infused with lemon and it was superb!!! The squid my husband had was so beautiful and carefully seared on top! The tuna was so yummy and the rolls where daring and different and so delicious!
Only down side is that there is not all you can eat!
This sushi experience beat the last and I'm definitely telling everyone about this place! Next time I'm in Charleston I'll be here!
Absolutely fantastic. Good service, sushi, and hibachi were excellent. Only in Japan have I had better.
Great food! I got the Maki A platter and my boyfriend got the chicken hibachi. Both portions were good sizes and less expensive than most restaurants in the Charleston area. The food also came out very quickly. Our waitress Dina was new and she was fantastic. So sweet and very attentive to us despite her having other tables and it only being her second day working!
Been coming here since 2004 and through the years this place has upheld high quality food, friendly and attentive staff, fair prices, and an all around good vibe despite the changes made. The light curry soup is amazing, we get it with chicken since my husband has a food allergy, but the shrimp version is awesome too! My favorite sushi place in all of Charleston and just an all around great place whether you're a visitor or a native.
Awesome food, great service, close to the marina! The staff was really attentive and very friendly! The place was packed, but still very cozy!
