Located in the middle of cross street market, I was very happy with the service and the freshness of the food even towards the end of the day. I enjoyed their cold pressed beet juice and their BBQ bowl. It was so good! I'm not a vegan by any means, more of a carnivore if you look at what I've eaten so far this cookout season, but this was pleasantly surprising all the way around. I took my friend who is primarily vegan/vegetarian and gluten free and they loved it as well. Also for dessert I recommend the "Mos Def" so good and not overly sweet!

I ordered the notorious tuna sald and the swizz beets burger. Tuna salad was decent made with sunflower seeds. Lots of accouterments onions peppers cucumbers etc all well seasoned. I asked for dressing on the side I either didn't get it or it was out on there as there was a drizzle but that could be the cheese. However I did not miss it. Tuna itself could use a little more salt or seasoning as it is kind of bland but mix it up with the veggies and it's fine. I didn't expect the burger to be cold. It's more of a raw place than anything. Food is fresh. The flava in your ear drink is good but expensive 9 dollars for like 16oz or less. The bonita applebaum is decent. Not too sweet but has a softer consistency than regular cheesecake and a slight sour aftertaste. The skin on the apples gives a textue element if you like that I prefer my desserts pies without skin. But overall I ate it all. It's good to have healthy vegan no soy options on the good. You will spend about 20 plus dollars for lunch if you get an entree and drink.
My first time visiting Gangster vegan organics at Cross street market. Overall The food was very electric very raw very flavorful.
I was truly disappointed in the beet burger because the crackers crumbled. I couldn't really taste the flavor of the beets burger. I was truly disappointed that my cracker bun was cracked.
I would highly recommend the walnut taco salad It is so delectively delicious It was well flavored. Along with the kale the kale was just you could just taste the rawness of the greens.

Casual Vegan dining. A group of ten went here as a celebration. First time here for all of us. It's located in a farmers market/ food court/restaurant/ bar hub located in The Federal Hill area. It was a Saturday evening visit, people of all sorts were out in droves.
This is a busy area loaded with CBD stores, restaurants, ice cream shops and other goods.
GVO has fresh and tasty food! I had the Swizz Beets burger, the Esta Loca salad and the Truth juice. I enjoyed it all.
Amazing spot inside Cross Street Market. The vegan taco salad was excellent. One of the best salads I've had in a long time.
Got the tuna salad. It makes up on flavors where it doesn't do so good on presentation. I love that it is raw, healthy af and fresh. The tuna did not disappoint in the slightest. Loved the texture of the tuna and a generous amount was given which paired well with the base of the salad. Will return soon.
Huge fan. Hard to find salads you're excited about in the city, but I go out of my way to get GV. The portions are huge, price point is great, and everything I've tried is delicious. Also, it's healthy and the service is great!

I loved everything I ordered and the staff was terrific. The texture and flavor were fantastic.
The food hall has loads of seating options and other unique vendors.
I'm looking forward to being back in Baltimore in a few weeks and look forward to another visit here.
Although I'm not a vegan, I support vegan businesses and it's even better when their food is really good. And extra cool for the name. As I said, the food is delicious but I want to single out the apple pie cheesecake (see pics below) as one of the best desserts I've ever had: creamy and luscious and not overly sweet. This item alone is worth the visit to this place.
My birthday was earlier in the week and I was really looking forward to finding a gluten free dessert in the city but quite literally every bakery with gluten free options was closed on my day off. I gave up on that dream and then saw these cheesecakes in the cases. I asked if they were gluten free and to my surprise they were! After looking around the market at what I wanted I came back and they actually gave me the bonita applebaum for free! Made my week :) It was so good!! Service was great and food was great!
