After shopping in the plaza across the street, we decided to take a break and grab a bite to eat. We could have gone anywhere, but Applebee's was right across the street. It was a good choice! Their specials were surprisingly great, the waitress amazing! We had an awesome time!
Bartender is nice and sociable and knows how to make drinks. The servers and hostes are friendly. I enjoy stopping in for a bite on the way home from work.
Came Sunday night to watch the games. Server was Slow definitely no sense of Urgency as he disappeared multiple times and the bartender ended up coming from behind the bar to help us.. food was Good but service definitely needs improvement.

We only went here for the Triple chocolate melt down which is one of our favorites. Service has always been great here! 😋

Marissa took our order for curbside, and I must say her attention to detail was wonderful. Napkins, plasticware, and the extra ranch were all there. Yes, it really is the little things ... and most of the time, they are forgotten. Not this time. She was very friendly and we appreciated her. We will order curbside here from now on. One of our kid's orders came out a little later than the rest of our food but the waitress and manager apologized for the mishap and addressed the mistake, comping the meal and saying a few nice words. They didn't have to do any of that but it shows the level of customer service and standards they hold themselves to. I can't leave this review without mentioning how great the food tasted, everyone enjoyed their meals.
