The food was really good, but it took about 25 min to get it. We ordered the nachos and sweet chili sandwich. It was about 11:00 and there was not a line so don’t understand why it took so long to make the order. Luckily we did not have anywhere to be. But if you were on your lunch break I would order ahead.
Im never disappointed with this restaurant chain and this location was no different. The BLT-A was perfect (on rye because that’s where it’s at 😉); service was fast, restaurant was clean and chill. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. And the plate presentation was 🤌🏼
Would have been 5 stars but they forgot my bacon on my chicken club. Still really dang good though. Couldn't wait long enough to take a picture before I was digging into the potato salad.
I had a large catering order I was coordinating from Colorado for an event our company was hosting in Albuquerque. I placed the order online and the manager (Ariel) personally called to go over our order and ensure they included everything we would need for the event. She also checked in with me the day of (I’d flown in for the event) and even help me figure out how to drop a pin of the exact location we needed the delivery.
The two men who delivered our nearly $1500 order (Nori and Keisha) were so friendly and even (kindly) refused to let me help carry any of the MANY boxes. They had a very busy day that day and the ice we had ordered was missed. I assured them we would be fine, but they insisted on getting us some, ran to the store and came back with 3 bags!
The food was delicious and our clients devoured everything!
Great customer service is getting harder and harder to find, but theirs was exceptional!
We will definitely be using this store to cater future company events!

The food is very good as is the service. The only problem is the parking. There is only one McAllister’s in Albuquerque and it’s in sort of like a strip mall. I had to drive around for about five minutes before I found a decent parking space. If I had not found the space, I would’ve just left and went somewhere else. This is why I will never use their app and pay in advance.
Always love McAlister's. We have this sandwich there. It's called the crunchy jalapeno turkey or something like that. It is delicious. Little chunky crunchy pieces of deep fried jalapeno with avocado and turkey with a cucumber salad on the side. Just delicious! Love it!
First time visitors needing some reinforcement on our walk. Got our sandwiches and salad. Helpful staff, pleasant place to recharge.
Good enough food. But the potatoes we were served definitely could have been made with a little more care. The potatoes were over cooked. Toppings were minimal. Not like what is advertised online. The service person wasn't to kind either. Just felt like they wanted me be on way already. I would still eat here but I would probably skip the baked potato and hope for brighter customer service.
I had the spicy southwest chicken sandwich and potato salad as a side. Everything was hot and fresh. The sandwich had a good amount of flavor. I really enjoyed the meal.
