In this mountain-style bar-restaurant, namely "Paulin", managed by decades by the same family, you will enjoy some Ligurian regional dishes and (at the evening only) one of the best pizza you can eat in northern Italy at the right price (try the "Martina" version, definitively my favourite).
Do not forget to get a reservation at least 24h in advance in summer time, and be over there on time, because it is likely crowded.
The "Paulin" restaurant is located in Propata (1000 meters a.s.l.), about 50 km away from Genova and 100 or something more from Piacenza. If you are a biker you will love the trip along the SS45 particularly if coming from Piacenza (in this case plan also a visit to Bobbio village and its bridge).
