Such a beautiful stay in many ways. Eva was kind and helpful on arrival and Danila and Andrea were incredibly helpful over text. The location is exceptional, the rooms are large and feel very grand. The bed was very comfortable (a soft mattress) and there were little touches everywhere that make you feel valued and welcomed. It's very good value for money, an amazing price for a beautiful room. While I felt very safe and had no problems (you go through at least two locked doors before you get to the room), the lock on the bedroom door was basic and I needed Eva to explain to me to turn it twice to lock it. If it could be upgraded or even some instructions (like how you have the WiFi displayed) it would be perfect.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft im Zentrum der Altstadt. Andrea hat mir bei allen Gelegenheiten immer geholfen. Sollte ich wieder nach Lucca kommen werde ich wieder im Guest House Santa Giustina nächtigen.
