La questione è semplice: oste e chef lavorano con passione, competenza e hanno voglia di far le cose come si deve: cioè molto bene. Sono tornato a distanza di quasi 1 anno e in entrambi i casi sono stato benissimo.

We had a magical evening at Casa Borgonuovo thanks to Matteo and Federica! Their restaurant/cooking school is tucked away on a charming street in Bologna. From the moment we entered, we knew we were in for a special evening. Matteo led us through a hands-on class, where we learned to make Bolognese favorites tortellini, tortelloni, and tagliatelle. He was so caring with his teaching that we easily settled into a pace of forming these beautiful pasta creations while telling stories and getting to know each other. Federica popped in throughout the class to check on our progress and take photos. Once we were done, Federica transformed the pasta into one of the most memorable meals of our lives. Their warmth is felt in the food, the ambiance, and their overall care. We highly recommend their cooking school and their restaurant as a must when you visit Bologna. We will be back. Grazie mille!
