The other night, I set my eyes on finding some place while driving around the streets of Wichita that had the “Hmmm What’s This Place About” feel. My drive took me down the streets of south Hydraulic where I randomly saw a building that stuck out of nowhere thanks to their bright glowing sign. I pulled over to the side of the road and quickly did a google search on them before deciding to head on in. What’s the place? It’s Yummy’s Carryout located at 1935 S Hydraulic St right across the street from Linwood Park. Yummy’s Carryout is a small, locally owned restaurant that features mostly burgers and sandwiches. The building is quite small and features only four bar stool seats, a drive thru, and two tables outside thus the name “Carryout”. Upon walking insi
This little place packs some massive flavor. The Comeback Fish Sammy is so called because your fat@$$ will be back at 2 AM Friday night for a feeding frenzy. The owner is relaxed & friendly.
The best part is how they open your to-go food to show you what you're in for, love that confidence!!!
This is the best burger in Wichita. It's on grilled bread. The taste is truly full flavored where the burger, bread, tomato, lettuce, cheese, and other stuff melts and blends in your mouth for the best down home cooking you'd want. The fries are plentiful and also have a better taste than fries elsewhere. I don't really know why. You must bring cash, and it's better to call ahead and place your order. Also, don't count calories. This is the kind of lip smacking goodness where its the other person's calories that count. I wish I'd found them sooner.
I went because by I seen a review best onion rings someone had ever eaten, Ch. Burger, onions rings, and( I believe the staff is the family who owns it )all excellent! Food & service ,very friendly. And let's not forget the chocolate Bundt cake OMG!! Chocolate dream in the mouth

Was very good Chicken Wings and fat not greasy enjoyable glad i leave around the corner for those who have not tried it you would want to . To me prices were good and reasonable .This is from first hand Go my brother and sister love from Pam McCoy.
This is my new favorite place for the most delicious cheeseburger and fries!! When I think about having a cheeseburger this is what I want!! It is most delicious carry out I have ever had!! Most excellent job Yummy's !!!
This Cub partner from Mi. Great food and much love. The fish sandwich the first one on the menu is that deal. The wings was something special also.
