The staff is personable and has always gone the extra mile in remembering the orders of their regular customers (like me). Whenever I'm back in Wichita, I love stopping by for a meal, or even just a lemonade and fries. Yum �
Charley's catered a meal onsite for a work meeting we had. Everyone LOVED it! My go-to place for cheese steaks. The food is always made fresh right in front of you. The staff is always friendly. My only gripe is that you have to go all the way into Town East Mall to get to it. But the food is always good and the service is always impeccable. And they work fast, most of the time a long line doesn't take but maybe 10 minutes to get through. My favorite spot for cheese steaks!
The food is really good, especially the ultimate fries! And the employees are super nice and laid back, they had a conversation with me while I waited for my food!
I have ate at Charley's in out of state locations, so imagine my surprise when I seen we had one inside Town East. Really good Philly and plenty of options. I took a star away because the other places I have ate didn't skimp on my cheese on top of the fries. Here, I ran out of cheese before eating all the fries which should be a crime.
The first time I ate here was mid January, I have gone here almost every other day since then. #7 w/ cheese fries is my favorite thing right now. 10/10 service 10/10 food - my only critique is please expand in wichita, the people need a drive thru!!!
Mall food...but great compared to the carpet flavored pizza and MSG laden Chinese you normally find. Check them out. Made fresh, and worthy of a meal.

Sometimes I go into the Mall just to eat at this place. I Love it so Much. You guys seriously need to think about Expanding around Wichita. Yall are too good to just be at one location. The Best PhillyCheesesteaks I ever had!!!
The food was always amazing when my team and I would order it over this holiday season. We were so impressed every time! I’m vegetarian and they even had a veggie option for me. The portions were also great. Thank you for providing us great post game and practice meals when we needed it. Strongly recommend!
