This was the best KFC restaurant best KFC Chicken that I have had in years. The chicken was like KFC was back in the day. Extra crispy was just that and the Mac & cheese was delicious. Yhe stor was very neat and clean as were the associates and management. There was Kentucky Fried Chicken memorabilia and trivia on the walls and an old style bench with the Colonel sitting there. I had stopped going to KFCs but this place has turned me back on to KFC's goodness. 5 stars and two thumbs up!
The team members here when I walked in to pickup a mobile order were so nice, and made me feel welcome! She acknowleged I had arrived, let me know it will be a few minutes, and handed me my order with positive energy. The food was hot, delicious. I'll be back.
The food was okay. I had a 5 strip meal. Some of the strips felt grissly if that's even a word. They were tough and hard to bite through.
I tried to put in the order through the app but you can't specify the type of chicken in a combo. The food I ordered at the counter was ready before the food ordered earlier in the app.
The staff was nice and the place was pretty clean. One of the warmers in view was displaying a fail indication but still had chicken in it.
Overall I'd go back if lunch crew chose to but I won't rush back. I really liked their grilled chicken and wish they still served it.

Meant to take a pic before, but you get my point! Probably the best KFC location I have been to in a long time. Service with a smile and food was hot, fresh and even displayed artistically in it's own way on my tray. Bathroom was very clean too!
The young lady working the counter was very friendly. Food was fresh and the decor was charming....even if the Colonel sitting on the bench in the lobby did give me a little jump scare. 😂
Ms Kimberly was ABSOLUTELY Fantastic during my visit! My friends I grabbed lunch and she was so kind and courteous! Food was delicious too!!

I went to KFC tonight to pick up dinner and the woman at the window was amazing! She was so very patient and wonderfully sweet. It was such a great experience and I was hoping to give her a special shout out for how pleasant she made my experience today. Unfortunately, I can not find my receipt so I don't know her name. But hopefully the review can get relayed to the team and let them know the sweet demeanor did not go unnoticed! Everyone loves to run to the reviews for their bad experiences, so I wanted to give a good job when there is enough negative these days
Just got down here for work around 2 in the afternoon and hadn't eaten yet. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and my helper got the drumstick combo, and to our absolute delight all the food was hot. I don't just mean it was warm from sitting in a warming drawer, it was hot and fresh.
OUTSTANDING
To be nice, don't go immediately after they open, one person can't keep up with giant orders. Good chicken, always loved the sides too. Fresh food, good people. Worth a stop if you're hungry.
