It was Hardee's of today. Not like back in the day when you couldn't wait to go. Remember the school bus commercial, " I wish this bus was going to Hardees", those were the days. I still bought two Monster burgers. The were good. Really monstrous though a bit salty. One I treated a fellow coworker to. I also got apple turnovers. They were as good as they sound. The burgers though plenty of meat seemed a little flat. Overall, it was ok. It more than filled me up on my lunch break.
I love their tenders!!! Hot, fresh, and juicy everytime! Now the fries.... When they are hot and fresh they are really good. Unfortunately, the consistency of getting them like that is like playing the lottery. Even if you a long time.

Everything with my order was wonderful. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because the man taking my order was interrupted and ignored by the other lady on the headset. He was not only taking my order properly, but quickly to keep the line moving. The lady who interrupted made us have to repeat the whole order to her even though our order was properly done beforehand. This happened on 11/30/21 around 2:20 pm. Please talk to your employee and keep them moving the line and not interrupting their coworkers when taking orders, thank you. I have since found out her name is Cathy and she is so disrespectful.
This is the only Hardees I will go to. Because its a newer one and also because the drive up workers are very friendly. Especially Ryan. He is very good at customer service and I also let gim know this today. I hope his manager reads these and rewards him for his friendliness and great service. He really knows how to talk to customers. He is reason I gave 5 🌟 s.
The drive- thru cashier was very polite, her customer service was off the charts... You guys company is very lucky to have a young lady there who has great customer service skills. Thank you so much Quantaz for your politeness, definitely be coming back for some more delicious food.
Service was a bit slow but friendly. Tried the new Bacon Breakfast Burrito using a BOGO coupon. It was okay but tortilla was dry and overall it was kind of bland. They don't have salsa but provided hot sauce. I'll probably stick to regular breakfast items I like more but some may really like this one. I'll leave it to others to decide on it.
Quick, friendly service. They have the best chicken biscuits, hands down!
We order breakfast here couple of times now and the staff are always friendly. Menu is robust that there's something for everyone.
