I went in to order on my way back to TN. The store was neat and clean and the service was good. I didn't care for the chicken strips I ordered. They were cooked a little too long or something. Not juicy at all. But everyone else was ok with their food. The staff was very nice and efficient. Weren't waiting long at all and we ordered for 7 people.

We stopped here to get some milkshakes after a day at the beach. Drive thru line moved pretty fast and employees were friendly. Our milkshakes were tasty.
The lady that took our order was very nice. She had a great personality. I ordered my sandwich without the bun and you could tell it threw her off at first. She got it all squared away and the food was awesome. Service was fast as well.

We used the drive thru for this occasion. Food was hot, fresh, good taste, met our expectations. Pricing seems a little higher than other competitors but not over the top.
Truly the best experience I've had in a fast food restaurant, maybe ever. The entire dining room and bathroom were spotless at 6 pm. The cashier was incredibly nice, the order was totally correct, AND the food was hot. Huge shout out to everyone working tonight!
Great customer service. A lady named Barb was so helpful and friendly. Food came quickly and the right temp. Inside and out it was clean. Glad I ate here today.
While Arby's food isn't bad, what it mostly is for me is something to use as a way to eat more Arby's sauce. The food is good, the sauce is great! The big disappointment is the fact that they stopped selling the potato cakes. That fact alone will take Arby's from the top of my list to somewhere near the bottom. Can't have Arby's without potato cakes.
