I love this place. The food is very good. We've had cheese steaks and pizza several times and it's always been great. I like the fact that my family can each order their food differently and the staff is competent enough to keep them straight and helpfully writes the order on each box.
The service is unbelievably fast. Tonight I ordered at 5:30 and was eating by 6:00 and this isn't an exception: this restaurant will get your food to you as soon as is humanly possible, maybe sooner.
I've only been in the store itself a few times, but it always seems clean and the staff is pleasant and efficient.
This is pretty much the only pizza/sub shop I order from, and I'll continue to give this excellent local business my money. I highly recommend them to any hungry person.
This is my second delivery so I can't make a comment on the store or staff, but my calzone was so beautiful. I was having a lousy day and it really cheered me up. The crust had that slight crispy outside with a softer chewy inside. It had plenty of filling and cheese, and the sauce on the side was warm and delicious. I ordered a cannoli, the price was a bit high but it tasted pretty fresh and the shell was crispy. This definitely made my day better.
Very delicious just need to distribute toppings more evenly. Couple slices had either alot of sausage or green peppers. Please try to better spread out toppings evenly. Little more sauce as well.
Ok so i live right down the street. Been going here for just over a year. They have probably the closest to new york pizza you can get. And definately the best ny pizza in the area. The teenager who works the front counter on the weekends seems a bit....umm, erm,....spacey at times. But it adds to the trip to sals which i look forward to pretty much every friday night haha🤣. Good pizza, good wings, mmmm love me some sals!
This is the only place in the area I've found so far that has a great fried chicken sub! I highly recommend that, or any of their pizza. The cannoli was also delicious.
I really enjoy it my grandmother on the other hand is used to a more greasy all toasted hard and ruined sub that makes your stomach hurt.
I just cant eat sub places like that grease just dripping off of everything, can't touch anything without having to while that down too when ur done. I find they have a perfect lining there.
The mushroom and sausage calzone was excellent and my husband enjoyed the meatlovers pizza! I have never had a calzone with the top cut like this and loved how it emphasized the filling.
Visited the Virginia Beach (Plaza location). The service is good and fast. I ordered take out as the inside eating area is tiny. Clean environment inside. I love the pizza and boneless bbq wings.
Its been a year since my last review and somethings changed for the better! Best cheese pizza and pprices. Quick service and great slice combo special price
If you’re from the north east, then you know that the best pizza is the New York style pizza. This restaurant is five stars. Absolutely the best New York pizza you’re gonna find anywhere south of New York! All the other pizza around here is garbage. This is absolutely the best pizzeria around. They have great calzones & sandwiches beyond belief. Very happy customer from New York
