This past Sat I ordered a big order online for family. My husband picked it all up, but when he got home I was missing two large fries that I had spent 1000 points on. They were part of my kids meal. So I called the number on the website and they were extremely apologetic and helpful. They added two free large fries onto my account and I can get either a cookie, ice cream cone, or brownie. On top of that the store manager called and was also very apologetic and he added two large fries as well for the inconvenience. Everyone was so kind throughout the whole process and very fast. I love Chick Fil A as it is, but their customer service truly is the very best out of all the fast food joints out there. And they have the best food. The only complaints I have is their coffee is probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had, but also I wish they would fill the fry containers up more. You get a large fry and it looks like a medium fry amount. This is a large I got and I didn’t eat any of it. If I had paid for these two fries I just redeemed I’d probably not be too happy. But other than that I have nothing bad to say.
This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A 3 years ago and never looked back. This location is very clean and the service is top notch. Everything here is fast, efficient, and the quality of the food is impeccable. Very friendly staff and a staple of what Chick-fil-A believes in as far as customer service is concerned. By far the best location I have been to in the country.
This review is solely based off of my catering experience. (Obviously this means I love Chick-fil-A lol). It was great! Setting up was a breeze on the app and delivery was right on time! The food was all packaged very nicely and it was still very fresh. Will definitely be placing more catering orders though Chick-fil-A in the future.
It's chick-fil-a. It's been a long time since I've been to one, but it was just as good as I remember. The drive thru was very fast, and the employees were respectful. The food was great too.
Perfect as usual. Pretty hard to have a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. Service is always great and food is always consistently perfect. I've only had one sub par sandwich from any Chick-fil-A in 30 years and even that one was still pretty good. I don't think there's anyone around that doesn't already know how good this place is. Just reviewing because the staff deserves a 5 star review for their efforts.
Good food. Speedy service even with long lines! My grandson's favorite place to eat at Virginia Beach!
10 years ago to the day you showed me a kindness that I continue to pass on to others. There I was standing in line, unbeknownst to me broke, trying to order a meal to calm my nerves. Standing in line with a suit that didn't fit so well, heading down the road for a job interview that would change my life. Thank you for showing me a kindness I'll never fully repay. When my card declined instead of saying "next" you offered me the meal on the house with no expectation of return.
Today I look back at this pivotal moment in my life and ask "what if?"
Thank you for offering me empathy in a moment of weakness. Thank you for showing me grace when I deserved none.
The food was great and hot. No complaints. I saw your sign about please be kind to our drive through staff, awesome idea, how about a thank you or my pleasure. The gentleman taking our order was good, the girl handing us our food...RUDE. Even after we said thank you, she just turned her head and walked away. We did not ask for this hot spice dip and said so, it's a shame it went in the trash can, what a waste. We only wanted Chick FIL A sauce. Only Mr. Carroll sauce will do .
I called with a last minute order this morning for an office meeting and they were able to accommodate me getting 2 large chicken mini trays. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and AWESOME! Thank you again for the last minute order!!
Good but some of the nuggets were literally raw 😭 and the sandwich is basically just gulag food. Bread and water and a patty with no tomato lettuce onion nothing
