I have been eating at this restaurant for 24 years and it has never failed me! They have great Mexican food that is reasonably priced, and the wait staff is incredibly kind and patient. One of the other great qualities I have noticed is that the restaurant has had the same owners since I started eating here and has also had some of the same employees so I know that they treat the employees well which is always nice to see. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and it definitely deserves a stop if you like Mexican food!
The food was great, very reasonable prices and the service was also great. Everyone was very friendly. Will definitely eat there again! I've been looking for a good Mexican food restaurant and I finally found one!
The food was good for the price that you pay. Our waiter was very slow. It seemed forever for our dessert and take home order to arrive. Then we had to wait for our bill. My sister in law was even disappointed in her meal that she orders all the time.
I had the daily special: 2 Tacos with 2 Enchiladas. As always, Casa Del Rio did an excellent job. Good food, good portions, good price.
Have been eating here for over 20 years. Always friendly service and good food. This visit was with some friends from church.
We had a celebration of life gathering on June 3rd in the back room. EVERYTHING went off without a hitch. The service was perfect, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was spot on. I highly recommend them for any special event you may be planning.
We met some friends for dinner here on 2-19-23. We all enjoyed our delicious food. I got the special with 2 enchiladas and 2 tacos for $13 and I was pleased. Salsa was very tasty and a little spicy which I like. We are from the NW side of town and we might not visit every week, but we will be back. Our waiter was excellent and the entire staff was friendly.
First time, and I will say I was very impressed. Staff was friendly, from the moment we walked in. They have a good drink selection, and food choices. I always will go with a carne asada burrito enchilada style with red sauce; as a bench mark for my personal taste. This plate did not disappoint, for the first bite to the last! Their red enchilada sauce was packed full of flavor with the right amount of heat. If you find yourself on Tucsons east side and hungry give them a try and enjoy!
It's an Eastside place that really packs in the old folks. Not that there's anything wrong with that... just keep it in mind if you make plans for an early dinner.
Great food and the service is awesome. My family and I always go there. Kid friendly and a great spot to start off a date night.
