I had the miso ramen and this ramen shop is by far number one in tucson.
My experience is usually shattered with a dry piece of pork that over powers my ramen experience but not this time.
The pork was so tender and juicy that it was like eating pork flavor butter and it was in sync with all the other ingredients.
The bamboo shoots had a nice sweet yet tart taste complimenting the saltiness of the broth
The egg was amazing as a topping adding more flavor
I also had a glass of the milk tea. To native Arizonans, it tastes like horchata but without the cinnamon, focusing more on the taste of tea. It was very good too.
I can't say it enough. Worth the money, worth the trip, just get there early to avoid the lines.
Got there at 5:30 and had a little over a 30 minute wait, so not bad for a new, busy place. Our food came very quickly once we were seated. Had the gyoza (which I totally would have been happy to just have multiple plates of) and the veggie ramen with tamago. The broth was creamy without being too rich or salty, and the toppings were great. I might skip the pickled ginger next time if possible but that's just coming from not being a ginger fan in the first place. Bonus: the microwaveable cute to-go bowls. I'd love to have another round to try the black garlic ramen and the donburi. (And more gyoza!) Everyone at the table was very satisfied. Fair price point for the amount of food you get.
Our first time here, it was super busy but we were in and out in less than an hour. We ordered the gyoza (pot stickers) and they were incredible. I order the black garlic ramen and my husband ordered the red spicy ramen and both were amazing! I'm very sad we hadn't come sooner and we will be back soon!!

This is definitely a very popular place, and it was packed in the early afternoon when we visited. The waiter wasn’t the most attentive guy, but there was a lot of people, so it’s understandable. The food was good.
100% percent recommended. Good flavor, quality, portion and image. Best Ramen I’ve ever had in Arizona.
Fast service! I got to seat myself, which is a nice bonus. The sweet tea was good. The spicy miso ramen was a tad too spicy, though very delicious.
Delicious dinner, in a cool atmosphere. Good, prompt service. I gave 4/5 stars because I would've liked more protein in my seafood ramen.. otherwise, delicious meal.
Finally tried Raijin Ramen after years of hearing good things. The food was great! The spicy miso ramen was SUPER spicy, no joke! FYI they do not take reservations. It's really popular and for good reason, so there can be a wait to be seated but from my experience the ramen was excellent. Would return in the future!
Girls' night out with my friend started with Ramen. Service was fast and courteous. The food was flavorful and fresh. You can tell it's well enjoyed because every seat was occupied.
This has been my favorite ramen spot since they opened! I've explored the entire menu, but the Tonkotsu Garlic Black is my ultimate recommendation. It never disappoints
Great staff..fast service and flavourful Ramen. One of my favourite and regular place to go for eating in Tucson. It gets crowded fast so better go early or be prepared to wait. Winter menu is super delicious and I love the most spicy one. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Lunch at Raijin Ramen is served! Known for their Ramen, but their Pork Yakisoba is awesome! Don't sleep on the Pork Gyoza either! TRUST THAT!
It doesn't matter where you spend it, just spend it locally!
