Food is great and unique to Jersey Mike’s. But the customer service is the best in the area. Everyone super cool and treats you great.
Great subs and a great team. The food is always fresh and the store is kept up well. I have been visiting this store since they opened and the service has always been excellent. Love this place!
We absolutely love going here! The manager is always present and attentive. He ensures the slicer is thoroughly cleaned due to our daughter being gluten free. He changes his gloves, wipes everything down and engages with the customers all at the same time. Amazing service!!!
Love my local Jersey Mike's. Those folks work hard and efficiently. I mainly use the online order and haven't had an issue with that. They're very quick with the online orders.

I stop here frequently on my way home to pick up dinner. Depending on what time you walk in to order, you may have to wait a few minutes before you actually get to place it. This is simply because the food is so awesome and everyone in this area knows it! The employees are always professional and courteous. The facility is clean and welcoming. You can just tell when you walk in and you’re greeted by the crew that they take pride in what they are doing. This establishment is leaps and bounds over the competition. As far as I’m concerned, this is the ONLY place in Swansboro you should stop for a stellar sub! Keep up the great service and I’ll see you guys next time! Thank you!!
I love the friendly atmosphere in this store. The staff is always happy and accommodating, they're actually grateful of us stopping in to grab a bite. The sandwiches are amazing, fresh and always to much food for one meal. I think he is the manager (tall blonde man) really sets an amazing example for the team. His outstanding personality really holds the rest of the staff to a higher standard, which they all meet every time I visit (weekly). Just wanted to tell you all that I really enjoy your store, food and amazing staff!
LOVED my experience here today, friendly staff and a perfect sandwich made. They also cut my meats and cheeses for my sub right in front of me which was awesome! Please go here, would recommend for anyone if you want something quick or want the best sub in the area.
My boyfriend ran in to get me a fast dinner and considering I have a gluten allergy the staff were impressively detailed in making sure I didn’t get any kind of cross contamination. This was so impressive and I am so happy to find places that truly take the effort and time to not only give knowledge to employees on cross contamination but care as much as they did with making my food. My boyfriend also wanted me to mention how nice and amazing the people are that work here. Thank you guys!!!
Consistently great sandwiches and service! The staff is great and food is always tasty. The main manager/owner is so friendly and very accommodating!

This jersey Mike's is fantastic. Pat and his wife are amazing owners and it shows. I've also been to the cape Carteret location also great. I messed up and ordered a steak and cheese on a wrap online and it was greasy as steak usually is .. they fixed it and made me a delicious buffalo chicken and went above and beyond . Staff is super friendly . Thank you guys
