The food was awesome. It was very busy but the server was on top of everything. We always go for Grandparents day. It was also my son in laws birthday as well. We always enjoy the gift shop.
As most people know by now, stopping at Cracker Barrel any time we are out of town is a must. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast yesterday in Springfield, IL. Our server, Kyle, was absolutely the best!
Our waitress was very friendly! Great menu suggestions. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Calming vibes. Amazing food. Not to loud, for being packed. Quick Service. Definitely, a great experience. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Great Valentine's Day Lunch!
Haven't been here in a while and it was okay. They have mimosas on the menu now, which is a nice change. The amount you get is different from before, but overall it was still good.
Sunday brunch was so good. We were seated immediately. Our sever was super sweet. My husbands food was not done correctly and manager fixed it. We are very grateful for the service, food and treatment. I love the PANCAKES THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!! Green beans were also real good.
Exit 90 off I55 Super nice waitress, lovely accent and funny. Food was good and coffee plentiful. We had a wonderful breakfast and a relaxing break on our trip home. We will stop there again on our way back up!
It started off Rocky, as we sat waiting for service, but quickly turned around thanks to the manager Liz, 4star server Elena and Rose.who once aware of our lack of service became very attentive checking at the table often and making sure our food was hot and fresh. Thank you for turning a bad customer service situation into an excellent one.
