Had a great meal. I had a frozen Raspberry margarita, the blooming onion, chicken critters, Caesar salad and baked sweet potato it was to die for! I had the best waitress I believe her name was Nicole and she deserves a raise that’s how great of a waitress she was! I hope she sees this! :) :)
I was there last Saturday with my husband for the first time and they treated us so nice, that we will definitely want to come back. We felt welcomed, they explained how to order, what they have in their menu, house specialties and they gave us a welcome package also. Elizabeth, the waitress, was awesome and provided excellent customer service. It was delicious food and we recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!
Great food, great time, as always. Good place to safely ride a horse. Celebrated my brother 65th birthday, he enjoyed the heck out of this visit. They got everyone around to sing, even the other customers sing the birthday song. The food was excellent, sorry no picture, but, the food always looks delicious and at a reasonable price. To date we have never had a bad experience or a disgruntled employee. Bravo Texas Road House.
The guy next to us had a birthday, and it was so funny! The atmosphere is always good here, and the service is even better. The food is great, and worth the money. We always come here when we're in town with our kids.
Went here for my birthday im 23 years old and still never tried it was great great place great food
Although as usual our food was outstanding, however our waitress was seriously lacking in skill. It took over 15 minutes before she took our drink order and then she finally took our appetizer order and we did not see her again to take our food order until our appetizers came out. It took a total of 57 minutes from the time we sat down before our food was finally brought to us and by that point we were already full on drinks and rolls so we just asked our food to be packed to go. However the management did make it right by giving us a discount so I will give the restaurant a four-star because it seems that our waitress was the only one that was lacking in skill as the tables around us seemed to be getting decent service and the management made it right. 👍
We we’re traveling so we came in later & close to closing time. All staff were super friendly & still gave us great service, & the food was great (rolls were best of all Texas Roadhouses I’d been to) but most importantly our server Jennifer was one of the most hospitable servers I’ve ever had. She was so sweet & personable with our family. So grateful we got sat at her table. Thank you!
I cannot remember our servers name, but they were amazing! Very friendly and considerate. The food was good, but the blooming onion was by far my favorite! So much flavor and very fresh. Will be returning.
Cheryl was a server. What an awesome lady. She took such great care of us. It was my daughter's birthday. I hope to have her the next visit.
I also want to say the food was exactly what we ordered. All staff was pleasant. I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse, Springfield, Illinois.
