I stopped by for a pizza because I didn't feel like cooking. I never liked Little Caesar's in Kingston, TN because the crust was sweet & gooey, like Papa John's. Your pizza in Soddy Daisy was GREAT!! I'm glad I finally tried yours out!! I'll be back again! (Wish you delivered, too!!) ;-)

This is regarding the customer service at this location today 8/25. I placed an order online using the pizza portal (as a guest) and received confirmation of the order. 20 minutes later I received notification from the app the order was ready. When I arrived, the pizza was not in the portal and they were unable to locate my order in their system. Kensie immediately yelled back to the kitchen to prepare my order while we worked on the issue. I was able to provide my purchase information to her and Connor as they had this issue once earlier today. These two were on top of things and handled the situation very professionally and with courtesy. Thank you both!
