Great gluten free bakery. It was a bummer they were all out of 6” cakes when we visited, but they were able to throw one together for us in 10 min which was amazing!!! if i lived in cap hill i would for sure visit this place all the time. I live closer to wildflours bakery and normally go there as they have similar things for similar prices. Nuflours have more options in my opinion and their stuff tastes better. I just wish they had a location in north seattle so that i could get more of their goodies.
Yummy treats, my wife loves gluten-free while I tolerate it. I can say that their gluten-free options tasted fantastic! Wonderful variety of items. Cinnamon roll & Sweet Potato Rum Coffee Cake we fantastic.
Amaazzziiing gluten free donuts. Still dreaming about them. Def don’t skip out on this one. I tried several of the gluten free bakeries while visiting Seattle and this was hands down the best one imo. I grabbed two different donuts and one of the spinach and cheese filled pastries which also incredibly delicious. Not sure you could go wrong here.
Great tasting bread and pastries. In this place you can have a tasty toast with butter and jam and a good cup of coffee. They have a selection of 3 to 4 gluten free or vegan varieties of bread that they sell by the loaves.
The flax seed bread is very good. Bought some of this bread for home use which freezes and toast well. Yummy too with just butter!
Many other pastries, cookies, cakes gluten free , dairy free are available.
The service was great, attentive and friendly.
Local small bakery making baked goods from scratch. Support wholesome from scratch, labor intensive food!
Every visit here is exceptionally exciting for my celiac mother. The man behind the counter today helped her pick out a whole box of different varieties of pastries and breads. We will be changing our annual visit to Nuflours to a quarterly visit. Thank you for providing such a safe, exciting environment and selection for GF folks!
This was my first visit to a 100% gf bakery and I WAS NOT disappointed. The staff was super friendly and the pastries were delicious. I hung out and worked for a couple of hours. Needless to say I purchased a few more pastries to pack in my suitcase.🤤
Celiacs' paradise. How could one not enjoy indulging in all the things that are usually taken away from us! It's a truly great spot to find and they're on DoorDash to boot. Can anyone say GF quiche for breakfast and GF yummy doughnuts for later! Yes please! Thank you for your commitment to a GF / celiac environment. Even my hubby likes their "Gluten Free" things...often referred to as bricks or hard. They got it down!
It was hard to choose from the long list of options! Gf Rum Tiramisu, carrot cake, cupcakes, Raspberry 'Danish'.... Ultimately I decided on zucchini cardamom muffin and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Seattle.
I have celiac and so am very grateful for a certified gf bakery when I can find one
This is my favorite GLUTEN FREE bakeries. I emphasize, because I think some of the reviewers who left negative reviews had unreasonable expectations. I do not remember what baked goods with gluten taste like anymore, so I can offer no comparison there.
In my experience, GF baked goods are usually dry. The sweet baked goods I've had here, however, were all moist and delicious (probably because they use butter). That said, they have some vegan options.
Also, it is a smaller space, so word of caution if you're trying to bring a 10 person study group.
Update: I ordered a carrot cake for my COVID wedding, and everyone LOVED it. My brother-in-law requested I bring one to future special events (when appropriate). Strong endorsements from 8 gluten eaters that this gluten free carrot cake was amazing.
I came here to check out their gluten-free bakery items for my daughter she ended up getting a cinnamon roll great quality they even warmed it up for her.
