Great food and service! We brought in a group of 21 and the staff was very accommodating. The food was great and very well priced. Thank you!
Great Service. Went for lunch when the restaurant was slower and had the best service. Server brought us a complimentary salad to try and when he found out it was my wife's birthday offered us a complimentary dessert. We had our infant daughter with us and he offered food for her as well. We had our own for her and when she finished, they washed our dishes for us! Great sushi as well. The sushi place across the way was closed so we gave this place a shot and so glad we did.
Good. Went for lunch and it was pretty good. It wasn't busy yet the waiter didn't pay much attention to us; if we wanted something we had to flag him down. He was friendly though. The food was good and they have a good selection but it was pricey. The lumpia was really good!
Happiest hour. I've only done happy hour at Ohana, but that's because it's such a great deal I have a hard time not going then.
Some of the best gyoza in town. Soft and steamed then pan seared on one side to make the thin wrap a little crispy. Filled with nicely seasoned and moist pork. Just be sure to save the dipping sauce, it's a beautiful balance of rich and spicey, and goes great with just about everything else.
The beef rubato is perfectly cooked scewers of very tender meat, seasoned enough to make it unique, but not hide the flavor of the meat itself. And while not generally a fan of asparagus, the always slightly charred stalks here get me my greens for the night every time.
Agadashi tofu is ever so slightly breaded and flash fried. So it has the slightest crunch on the outside with a nice firm custardy inside. And while the dipping sauce is good, it's not exciting. And this is why I saved my gyoza sauce :)
And on occasion I've gotten their handrolls and spam musubi and they've been a real treat as well.
All washed down with the ridiculously colored and decorated and sweet blue hawaiian cocktail. Delicious and dangerous. They may be cheap and fruity, but they do have plenty of booze in 'em. And they make for an ugly hangover ;)
The service can be slow at times. So just chill, enjoy the cocktails, and place an order for more of the cheap small plates whenever you can grab your waitress, that way you're table will never be empty.
Oh yes.. Finding this place was happenstance. Walked in and the DJ was playing some bangin' beats. 'YES,' I immediately thought.
The Long Island Iced Tea variation was impressively huge and a good start to the night, while the crunchy tuna roll was quite possibly the best meal I've had in Seattle, yet. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Last but not least, staff was super friendly. Definitely making a return trip here.
Hands down the highest quality and freshest sushi in Seattle, all at great prices. Happy hour is a must. We have a hard time finding sushi better than Ohana.
Catering in a Snap. I needed a catering job - I work in an office in Belltown - and needed something for a meeting for 20 people - a nice lunch but wanted lots of little things for everyone to share. Called down to Ohana - saw their ad in the Stranger - and not only were they very friendly, but they gave me the cel to the caterer who put in the order that morning - it was delivered, we had more than enough food at below our budget! Have reservations there next week!
Thanks Ohana!. Had a rough day, cruised past Ohana, where the atmosphere is warm and friendly everyday. The Happy Hour is a great deal - food for $3 and great portions. Stayed in my budget and left a happy man.
Spicy tuna handrolls... yum. We love going there for happy hour and just ordering a ton of appetizers for dinner. the spicy tuna handrolls are soo good, also the salmon handrolls... the gyoza are good, too. the blue drink is not bad for a cheap happy hour drink.
Delicious dessert. That dish had an ice cream, sweet banana, syrup and pineapple. They made fire on the dessert by some drop of vodka. It was so delicious. I will go back to have that again.
We were looking for something to eat while we were in town and were in the mood for Sushi. Danny recommended the Ohana Roll, the Black Widow Roll and the Aloha Roll. We also ordered the Loco Moco since we had never tried it. Great recommendations and great food! Will definitely be back next time we're in town
Super nice place. A lot too see all around. Great service. Good food. I rated 4 cause the ribs were really good but still a little bit dry. Coktails delicious.
We didn't eat here because we had an unfortunate meal somewhere else but the food looked awesome and everyone looked happy. We had a couple beers the bartender was great. This place is a excellent little local bar. Away from the tourist traps!
Ohana is okay. A little expensive for what they give imo. I got the sushi at happy hour which I thought was just okay, definitely would've been more unhappy if I paid the non happy hour price. Teriyaki chicken here is pretty good. I've also gotten the fish & chips before which was pretty good.
My partner and I live going to ohana. They are busy and do beautifully plated sushi. Their cocktail leave somethingn to be desired and often are off or taste water down to me.
Staff is very kind and helpful.
Food is tasty and comes in nice portions. Tables are often sticky as they are busy. And give a good mix of dive bar and sushi bar. I personally am not the biggest fan of dive bars.
Amazing art wonderful culture and good semi affordable meal in belltown Seattle area.
Had a spider roll. Very tasty. The presentation was excellent. Also had an appetizer sampler plate. It was pretty good. The service was excellent. The music was reggae and was a great selection. It was late in the evening and several customers came in after I did, they obviously had been there before. The waiter offered to call a cab for me when I said I needed to make the 1030 ferry. I will be going there again.
Amazing service and food! I got the Volcano roll which was delicious! 10/10 the Gyoza have a spicy dipping sauce that my boyfriend loved. Our server was so sweet and gave us great recommendations. Will visit again. Oh, and drinks are strong 🤭
Randomly stumbled upon this restaurant old school style (without doing a whole bunch of research online) and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little skeptical when I entered seeing that it was quite empty on a Saturday afternoon. Any and all doubt was soon wiped away when the food arrived. I ordered the Yakisoba and it reminded me of hakka noodles that I've eaten in India. My friend had the firecracker roll and liked the take on it.
Absolutely loved it and will definitely visit again.
Our server, Ron, was great! We loved his energy and how accommodating he was. Great place for Hawaiian/Asian-fusion food!
This place has a nice get away bar/restaurant with a DJ playing 80s hits. Food and drinks always amazing, but a few of the new females waitress will ignore you for service. So it is a hit and miss for service at this place.
