One of the best burgers I've had...anywhere. It is amazing! The atmosphere was very casual, and the service was super friendly and attentive. We went during happy hour so the class Burger was only $12. Great value for such amazing food.
I would give this place a solid 3.5 based on food, service, and pricing.
We sat outside because we had a dog and the staff were barely checking on us. We had to go in several times to ask them to come take our order or brings things we needed. So service was definitely a 3 if not less.
The burgers we above average, we totally loved the meat patty. We got the union and the Olive. I think the gorgonzola was stringer than i liked but overall the burgers were pretty good. We got a regular fries and one garlic truffle. They were both good but the amount of garlic on the fries was a bit much. I’d say price is the as definitely on the high end given that it’s a casual burger place

My husband and I came in here right after doing a photoshoot & got their signature 8oz burger. The beef itself was perfectly cooked, the sauce was incredible - overall it hit the spot!!
Price is on the higher end but you get what you pay for.
It’s a cute little place, the servers were amazing, and my husband even said that this was one of the best burgers he’s ever had! We’ll be back!
Since we already had our camera with us.. we did take a few photos of the burger before we devoured it in 2 minutes flat. Thought I’d share them!
We had the 8oz & the the Broadway. These are the best burgers we’ve ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly to your preference. The fries were nice and crisp and well seasoned. The espresso oreo shakes were very sweet and had Oreo pieces inside which was so satisfying. The price is well worth it and the service was spot on.
This is one of our favorite spots in the city. The menu has EXCELLENT burgers and the gluten free options are great for my girlfriend. I've had about 5 different burgers on the menu and they're all great, but I tend to steer towards the Bahn Mi burger more often than not.
Customer service is THE BEST. Even when something has gone wrong, they bend over backwards to make it right and keep us coming back again and again.
This place is truly a gem in Seattle. Can't recommend enough!
Amazing burgers, awesome ambiance, and great staff making a great gourmet dining experience! By far the best burgers I’ve ever had!!! The Classic, 8oz, Ballard are all awesome but the Pike is by far my favorite. The Pike (pictured) is mouthwatering tasty and the spice builds as you eat, leaving the last few bites where it is both delicious and hot. The Anaheim peppers and habanero build as you eat it, so you get a great full flavor profile but gives the heat right at the end. The beer selection is awesome (the Holy Mountain Witbier and Backwoods Lager are must haves imo) accompanied with great cocktail options. 8oz. Burger & Co is a must for burger fans and is serving up the best gourmet burgers around with a prime walkable location in Ballard. Thanks for all the great eats so far and to come!
This place is good! Like really good.
Should you get a burger? Yep!
Should you get the fries? Yep!
Order some popcorn chicken? Yes!
Cocktails? Yep
The service was good, food is tasty, drinks are good, parking was not difficult. Would recommend and would go again 😁
I do have to say the burger was good, cooked perfect, the bacon was super thick too. I’d say the perfect burger if there was a little less bun. The sweet potato tots were super yummy, curry and cinnamon was a nice combo. Overall I do think it’s a tad overpriced for such a casual burger spot. Also they have Serrano peppers you can add but they are raw, cooked would be ideal. We also ordered espresso oreo and salted caramel milkshake, they were so milky. I couldn’t actually taste a difference between the two because they were all milk. They tasted like frozen milk in a glass 😑
We left the shakes and went to Salt and Straw a few blocks away and their milkshakes were 🔥
It was fantastic! I stopped over shortly after 9 p.m. and found a late-night happy hour menu with a burger and fries for 13 dollars! Really difficult to top it. The burger was excellent. A lot of excellent cheese that is gooey and well cooked. a well toasted bread and some tasty, crisp vegetables. A little quantity of fries is ideal if you lack carb control, like I do when I encounter a crispy, hot fried.
On tap, there are also some excellent beers.
Super delicious and fresh. Nice atmosphere. I had the Union burger with truffle fries and a strawberry milkshake. The burger was juicy, tasty and satisfying. My wife had the salmon which was also very good. Definitely will be going back again to dine in or take out.
