This is my farewell and goodbye to the best Italian Beef sandy ever slapped together by mankind. Farewell to the the best damn gut bomb I ever had the pleasure of eating. I guess Ill have to take a trip to Chicago. That's the only Al's left that I know of. But... for a close 2nd, try (viena) Italian beef sandy with hot peppers at Burger Mania. Its juuuuuuust about as good. You can find Burger Mania on Bell Rd. next to the motel 6, right around 23rd ave or so. See ya there!

Authentic beef, very flavorful and especially with the hot peppers. I'm originally from Chicago and Portillos used to be first in my book. After having Al's beef downtown Chicago I'm so glad I found one in Arizona! Yum!
