Best happy hour. 3-7 everyday of the week. But it's not just happy hour. They have an execellent selection of HH menu or the regular menu. Great atmosphere and excellent cocktails.

Food was somewhat good. We had 3 different thing: Calamari was standard on the ok side. Steak was overcooked and they took a little bit of time to to remake it. Good fries. Good dessert. Although staff were friendly, place was not run too well. We had a 6:30 reservation but had to wait nearly 40 minutes still for a seat (we arrived at 6:15). Waiters spilled wine on my friends shoe as well and walked away.
This place really hit it out of the park in capturing Phoenix long reputation for being a great tourist town. Super friendly, from the host who handled the reservation upon our arrival to the gentleman who helped us at our table. Colton guided us to an off menu surf and turf that was so tender and juicy, I didn't even need to use my steak knife. Should've had photos but the perfect blend of E. C. the bartender put on our old fashioned said disregard. Great drinks, perfectly made, no overppours, very smooth and balanced cocktail. Best way to cap off our Anniversary celebration 🎊. Really checked all the boxes at Paul Martin's in Scottsdale, AZ.
Ahi poke lettuce cups for the win! The best ahi poke I’ve had in a while. I was very, very satisfied with my food. We also ordered several started to share. Everyone loved their food and the drinks were strong!
Our servers name was Colton and he was amazing. Friendly, answered all of our questions, and was just all around great.

The service was great. Ross was a very pleasant and attentive. The cheddar biscuits were good for an appetizer. The blackened ribeye was cooked perfectly. The braised short ribs were delicious. The best bang for the buck was the French Dip had a ton of delicious meat, had to be a full steaks worth. The mashed potatoes were a little bland but everything else made up for it. Make sure to get the Maker's Mark blueberry lemonade was awesome, so was the Mai Tai. The ambiance was nice, it is a nice place to go without a lot of background noise.
The food was good. We recommend the cheddar biscuits and vegetable soup. I got the skirt steak, and it was good, but the only negative is the size of the plates. The portios are small and what you pay for you would expect more. The service was very good and the atmosphere is good too. We tried a mojito, and that was not good at all.
Food was very good...server was excellent. The dining room was a little loud, which made it difficult to talk. We were a party of 10, and we sat at a long table. If the space permits, it would be good to have some round tables for larger parties. Several of us had the fish which was very fresh and tasteful...I had the ribs which were very good. I did not have dessert but others did and the butter cake was a big hit...
First time here; went on a Saturday at 6pm. Restaurant was full. We had a reservation, but decided to sit at the bar. The decor is dark, cozy, and classy. Music wasn’t loud but I could hear it and we liked the playlist. Bar stools were comfortable. Josh, our bartender was very attentive and responsive, even though he was super busy. He made delicious, strong drinks. We split the brick chicken dinner. The portion equaled the price and we definitely had enough to eat. Just wish it had some cooked vegetables with it. It was good, but nothing special about the flavors. We also split a salad and the dressing was very good.
Good happy hour menu with reasonable prices. Great service and vibe. Parking can be a challenge during peak hours but worth it. The menu changes seasonally which is nice!
Service was unbelievable, food was exquisite. Great wine selection, one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Our server (Isabella) went above and beyond, and was very accommodating with our kids. In town for a week from Calgary, very glad we picked this restaurant. Will definitely return!
We went here for a private dining experience for our company and from the start the service was fantastic and very helpful with what we needed regarding setting up our presentation. The dining space was beautiful and perfectly fit for what we needed. Courtney was an amazing server and surely gave us a great experience with his enthusiastic energy. The food was all delicious and presented well. Some bomb Cajun fries and chocolate cake! 😋 thanks Paul Martin’s for taking care of us!
