My friend introduced me to Noodle Ranch today. I had the stir-fried chicken lunch special, which was delicious!! I definitely will go back! No complaints on the service. It was a great meal with great company from start to finish.
Food was delicious! Service was a bit slow but all the tables were full when we arrived! It was well worth the wait. I had the pad Thai. The portions are generous. Order the Phoenix cake for dessert! Once the ice cream melts into the cake, it is so mouthwatering. I didn't know how to feel about the slight dab of jelly on it but it blended well! I think it was jelly. Will definitely return!
Noodles Ranch. It's okay, but not nearly as great as a lot of people make it out to be. There are at least two places in Scottsdale that are better.
Great food & service. They add new items on their blackboard menu which adds variety
Got Pho?. I have tried pho all over the valley, and noodles ranch rocks! the portions are plenty large, the broth is perfectly seasoned, and the brisket was fall apart tender. (8.95). Also the spring rolls are perfect. Large pieces of shrimp, veggies and mint, with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. The staff here is so nice, they remember you everytime you come back and are ever so gratious.
2 thumbs up -- way up
We love Noodle Ranch!! Great Vietnamese food, friendly fast service. The owners are very nice and treat you with appreciation. We love the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, all of the noodle and rice dishes. Delicious bun and pho and desserts with a French flair. I have never had a bad meal here! Oh and lots of vegetarian options, great value too.
Edited 12/10 - Still BY FAR the best Vietnamese food in the entire valley...It is always fresh, well prepared and the service is always fantastic. The owners are lovely people and Andre is a very talented chef...He has a cook book you can buy on line or at the restaurant and I have made several of the recipes and all have been great. Highly recommend Noodles Ranch!
First time here, dined in. Started out at a small table and then customers left, the waitress asked if we wanted to move to the bigger table, very considerate. The food was very flavorful and delicious, large portions, will definitely be back.
My family and I are staying near by at a hotel. We stumbled across this gem and were glad we did. We walked in and it smelled like fresh herbs and deliciousness. We ordered grilled pork summer rolls, chicken pho, and pork vermicelli. All was delicious. The service was prompt and friendly. Our drinks were never empty and our table was bussed as needed to be. We were glad we stopped in. It was busy and for a reason. The place itself was pretty cute with a good feel to it.
From this Thursday we started Group Luncheon at my work every other Thursdays.
This week, we went to "Noodles Ranch" at Thomas Rd & Scottsdale Rd in South Scottsdale, about 10 ~ 12 min drive from our office.
It's a Vietnamese restaurant and for all the Girls including me (4 out of 5), it was our first time.
I ordered from Rice Plates category: #R2A: Do Bien xao cari /"Curry Sea Food" (that's how they said on the menu...) - Shrimp, scallops, mussels and calamari.
It was a different kind of curry taste than what I'm used to, even as Thai or Indian Curry (and I'm Japanese).
As I don't like spicy food, but I eat mild curry, I asked the server how spicy it was. He said, "about 2 stars". So, I decided to give it a try...
First, I thought it was "Oh! Salty! 😯😬"... then, as I continued to eat, the spice started kick in, but it was tolerable and little by little I started tasting subtle sweetness...
My coworkers ordered:
- From Vermicelli Noodle Salad Bowls: #V5 Bun Ga xao xa ot - Wok stir-fried chili lemon grass chicken
- From Vermicelli Noodle Salad Bowls: #V6 Bun Cha gio thit nuong - Eggroll and grilled garlic pork
- From Wok Stir Fried Noodle Dishes: #M4 Yakisoba lo mein - Fresh veggies, and house sauce
- From Vermicelli Noodle Soup:
#BH* Bun Bo Hue / Hot & Spicy Vietnamese Noodle Soup - Lean pork slice, beef brisket, beef sirloin in a hot chili-lemongrass soup.
Actually there is a plate of Veggies on the side. Sorry, I forgot to capture...
It looked HOT (spicy), but he said it's NOT REALLY hot... but it still looked hot to me. 😆😅
Overall, the food was pretty good and yummy. ŧ‹"ŧ‹"(o'ч'o)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"♡
And the restaurant had very low volume BGM which is VERY HARD to find nowadays... 👍
I went there with my friend and we had a great time eating and talking. Food was great. Love their vegetarian noodle soup.

My wife and I had the m5 stir fry and I had the pork fried rice. We were both happy with our choices. A1 eggrolls are also delicious. Service was great overall and place was clean and nice. Overall great experience and evening.
While visiting my family in the Scottsdale area we were on the hunt to find a good Vietnamese restaurant and based on the reviews of previous patrons, we chose Noodle Ranch. Just as many of the previous reviewers have noted we enjoyed a very nice meal that was prepared with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Service was attentive and friendly. Portion size was large enough that we were able to share a couple of menu items and feel satisfied.
Delicious pho! Very flavorful broth, fresh veggies, chill atmosphere. Definitely will be back.
Chicken Pho with Broccoli and Bok Choy along with a starter of Vegetarian Spring rolls are my idea of the perfect lunch.
It was my first time ever having pho and it was so delicious. The portions are huge, like 2-3 servings or more. Their banana coconut dessert is way too good and if I lived closer I'd eat it every day. The service is fast and very nice. To this day they have the best pho I have ever eaten by far. Definitely go there and get the pho and the dessert
Excellent food and service. Vietnamese traditional food. Dun saigon vermicelli salad.
