Never had a bad meal! Great service, food, music! Pic is of 2 plate lunch special with shredded chicken and pulled pork. Nice to be able to put as much or little of sauce that you want! If you have room afterwards, try the apple cinnamon waffle!

Chose to have my final meal as a single man at Porkopolis right before I got married. Brady and crew did not disappoint. The food was awesome and it kept me full all afternoon which worked out because I did not get to eat at my reception. They made that lunch extra special and it is a meal I am sure to not soon forget.

Brady Bacon Burger Challenge Review:
Finish a 3 Patty burger, bacon, pulled pork, jalapeno coleslaw, cheeseburger. With a pound of fries and a bowl of baked beans.
Ambiance: 5/5 The wall lighting is nice and dim, the wall art is cool, the winner is the peak into the kitchen while your food is made. All together beautiful.
Taste: 10/5... ok I reviewed the Chandler location and it was 5/5. Built a little sloppy but best burger challenge in AZ hands down. Well Scottsdale location raises the bar. The great tastes of Chandler are refined here. The patty, the pork, the slaw. The slwa is the perfect hot and sweet mix. The beans are phenomenal. I'm from Chicago, my wife is from new Mexico, when family comes to visit I'm going to the Scottsdale porkopolis. period. I forgot I was even doing a challenge and just took my time.
Challenge description: 5/5 No curve balls, no extra slaw or fries. Pin point. Don't overestimate it. But know that they won't trick you. Super honest establishment.
Staff: Coolest guys ever. Period. Spent a half an hour searching for a shirt, accommodated me completemy. Gave me the time and prizes listed on the site.

I'm coming back even when I'm off challenge season. I do bulk and cuts weight lifting and challenges are for bulk. But I can see doing this as cheat meals. Porkopolis will live in my favorites forever.

Youll understand. Brady did a good thing with his sauces and creating the porkopolis. Everything on the menu is top notch ! The burnt tips in the appetizer section of the menu are not half off during happy hour...DOESNT MATTER. They're STUPID GOOD at a very reasonable price and the size of the plate is filling regardless. Go here!
The two meat plate comes a lot of food for your money…..ribs were tender but the brisket was little dry but when I added the spicy barbecue sauce it took care of that.
Food and service were great!.. As someone who hates coleslaw, I highly recommend the one here as it is actually great tasting !..

Excellent BBQ. The pulled pork is some of the best you will find. The prices are not outlandish and they have a huge bar. The brisket is very lean, very good, just a shade dryer than we like. You don't always see brisket burnt ends on a menu, but they are excellent here. Writing about it makes me want to go there tonight to eat!
My son heard about this place on the radio and wanted to try it. We drove 40 minutes to try it out today. It's Sunday late afternoon about 4 pm. We walk in and there's only one person and he's sitting at the bar. We had second thoughts about staying. We had a family meeting (lol) an agreed to stay and we are happy we did. Two of us ordered the Brisket French Dip and the other dish was the Brady Bacon Burger. The sides we ordered were: Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, French Fries, Cornbread, and Jalapeno Coleslaw. We ordered 2 of the homemade desserts; Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich and the Cinnamon Apple Waffles and Vanilla ice cream sundae. Everything was really good and our waiter Brian was outstanding. I do have one suggestion for the management get some new menus. The black menu with small off-white print is very hard to see. Go with a Sand color menu with Bold Black &/or Red print. Have pictures of your dishes on the menu.
