The best tasting pizza in Phoenix, AZ, hands down. Friendly staff at each location I visit, the pizza is always outstanding. Check happy hour, you can sample the menu for cheaper. The super-six is the bomb!
Sponsors was featured on Stanley Tucci’s Searching for Italy, when I booked my trip to AZ I was so excited to finally eat authentic Italian pizza, but I was a little disappointed. While the pizza was really good, I felt the mozzarella cheese was not fresh… did I go to the wrong location or did the quality change with it becoming a chain?
The mamma’s pizza was my fav! And the stuffed mushrooms are a must try!
Went before spring training game at salt river fields. Pizza was very good made the way we like. Meatballs were just ok. Had a salad which was very good. Eric our server was excellent as he came by numerous times to check on us. Very comfortable resteraunt to relax and enjoy. Would give it 4.5 stars.
First time here I'm visiting from Maryland. The waitress was fantastic with recommendations, and the first night our small pizzas were so good. The second night, I got the chicken Alfredo, the home made pasta knocked it out of the park. The ambience and decor is really neat also. The staff checked on my buddy and I often, and the staff are always moving full speed to make customers happy. Highly recommended!
This was our third Spinato's restaurant. We previously had pasta and also pizza, and this time we returned for pizza again. Yeah, it's that good. The crust is very thin, which allows the two of us to split a medium pizza and finish it without leftovers. We're hooked on their sauce - they tend to put more sauce on their pizzas than most other pizza places. The sausage is delicious, and all of the other ingredients (vegetables) are distinctively fresh.
Spinatos is the best pizza in town! And the service at the Scottsdale location is stellar!
If you've never tried the baked spaghetti calzone... do it... it's pretty darned good. 👍
We got a table right away. The service was perfect and the food was amazing!
We visited Scottsdale with my husband for work and this place was close to our hotel. My husband and I split a medium Chicago thin crust pizza and the kids had spaghetti. The waitress was knowledgeable but also be aware that when asking about things like the thickness of the crust, those sizes are relative. Food was delicious and tasted homemade and the pizza was cut into squares which was fun. Definitely a great place to take your family if you're traveling and don't want super greasy pizza.
The food here is top notch. Came with a group of three adults and 5 children. Kids loved the garlic cheese bread. We got the chicken pesto presto pizza and antipasto salad and both were insanely good. Not a great setting for children but it was ok.
This location is popular. It was busy from the moment we arrived 6:12 until we left 7:15 pm. There only hard surfaces, so it is very noisy. My husband really liked his Italian Beef sandwich (he's picky and an Italian beef regular) but he was disappointed with the pasta side, little/no flavor. I ordered a large Hawaiian Hottie pizza, ham, pineapple and jalapeños which came on a thin crust, perfect. It was delicious, although not hot. The service attempt appeared to follow the manual, with the manager pop-bys, but the server we had definitely needs to hone her skills. She was unskilled, so I'll just suggest some more training, hence the 4 vs 5 stars. Please click 👍 if this was helpful.
