I'm rating the 🍕🛖On Miller Road 1 star but wish I could rate it no stars. I ordered pizza at 4:30pm🕟 supposed to be delivered at 5:00pm🕔. Wait till 5:30pm 🕠pizza doesn't arrive. Call the store no answer but there is a option to "check status of existing order" so I check status on my order and it says that our order has been picked up or delivered. I call store (5 times) to talk to a team member and nobody answers the phone. I drive over there because it's 3 blocks away and the Asst.Manager has 3 open orders. Evedently the delivery driver picked up those 3 orders and never came back.
I will never order from 🍕🛖 ever again. A went back a couple months later and the service was exceptional. So I'm editing my review.
Finally Pizza Hut has provided chicken wings not soggy! Being originally from the Buffalo area this is an important detail. Crispy with the buffalo sauce! thank you Pizza Hut!
If this were a perfect world, mistakes wouldn't exist. Alas, they do, stuff happens. I will say, the customer service & excellent attitudes of everyone I interacted with at this store tonight not only made up for the issue I had, but ensured I will continue to order from here. Thank you so much, y'all. I really appreciate you!

Excellent service, Hot Pizza served curbside, promptly with a smile. But the new cheese steak pizza was just too plain for us.

Pizza was delicious and pleasing to the eye . Definitely 1000 better the the other locations near me .. we will be making this our spot to order from... The staff was also very nice

The food was read in only 15 minutes, and was perfect when we got it home.
