Came here from out of town, and this was some of the best key lime pie I have ever had!! The texture, flavor, crust, EVERYTHING was perfect. They also have a variety of other desserts that looked amazing. They sell a whole key lime pie, but also slices for anyone who just wants one slice. The cashier was also very helpful and recommended some restaurants for us to try in the area. 10/10 recommend this place!

This little pie shop is tucked away but should not be passed by. Went here because I heard they made the best Key Lime pie in the area. They did not disappoint! What a delicious pie with smooth filling and wonderful flavor. I usually prefer a regular pie crust to graham cracker, but I was content with theirs. They use a whipped cream topping, which I prefer over meringue. The pie will set you back $25, but my husband and I agreed it was the best in the area and it brought us back to our trip to Key West many years ago. If Key Lime pie isn’t your thing, they have many other pies flavors available!
Key lime pie fanatic here! This place makes the best key lime pie I've ever had, period. Whenever we have guests that need to true FL key lime pie experience, this is where we go to get it.
The pecan pie is also very good, but I would not recommend the passion fruit pie (not much passion fruit flavor and just overpowered with richness).
They also have very cute souvenirs and little gifts that you can buy here. Definitely worth stopping by and checking it out.
Was the best Keylime pie Ive ever had. My friend brought one to me in Texas and I wasnt sure what to expect, but it lived up to the reviews I saw online.
She asked what place I wanted to try and picked this one based on multiple articles and reviews..
Everything about the pie was great. The crust, the filling & the topping. Wasnt too tart or sweet..
The Honeybell Orange cake is incredible and doesn’t have dairy (just eggs). Unique tropical cakes like guava cake. Various scones and breads, I got the Tropical Banana Coconut Bread ($6). Freshly made. Nice, quaint, Old Florida aesthetic. Very kind staff. Known for their orange cake and key lime pie.
I am a HUGE Key Lime pie person. When I tell you I’ve had it all I truly have. Floribbean Flo’s Key Like Pie is hands down THE BEST I’ve ever had. It was amazing! I will absolutely be a forever customer. I love the owners story and I’m so glad she decided to open her own business. Excellent job!
I purchased Key Lime and Lemon Beach pies there for Friendsgiving. They were a huge hit.! They were soft and creamy, light yet decadent. Well worth the trip to South Sarasota. The store itself is bright with a touch of Old Florida charm, all the goodies and yummies colorfully displayed. Very inviting indeed. Friendly knowledgeable staff. After multiple visits, I have never been disappointed. A real treat for myself , family and friends.
I LOVE Floribbean Flo’s — the place and the pie! It’s total throwback Florida, full of kitschy souvenir items and the best Key Lime Pie you’ll ever eat. If you’d rather have chocolate peanut butter or coconut cream or bananas foster or passion fruit or scones, cake or quiche, they have all that and more. Ongoing (never-ending!) construction on The Tamiami Trail makes it a wee bit more challenging to get to the tucked-away shop, but it’s definitely worth a trip.
Excellent service here. Big fan of the peanut butter pie. Key lime is great too.
The BEST key lime pie, and you have to try the passion fruit pie! Quiche is great to grab and have on hand for beach breakfast. Cute gifts, too, and the owners are so sweet. I recommend Flo’s to all friends visiting the Sarasota/Venice area (we’ve even driven down from Ft. Myers) and they all rave about it. Don’t bother ordering key lime pie in a restaurant, get this one!!!
