First off. I am from the south, north carolina. Jon jon's is in my top 5. I travel all over the US and this place is the best on the west coast. Ribs and brisket off the hook. Customer service is A+ they made feel like I was at home.

I was BLOWN AWAY by the food and service at Jon Jon’s! I came upon Jon Jon’s completely by accident today. I ordered the brisket lunch and was really impressed by the tender beef slow cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. It was great plain or with their house made bbq sauce. I thought it was a great value for what you got, I came hungry and left happy! The homemade baked beans are soft but not mushy with a dark brown sugar and tangy flavor. The potato salad was delicious and creamy and really balanced everything out. The food was tremendous, but the best thing about Jon Jon’s is the people. Curtis, one of the owners, greeted me warmly. Noah and Anthony were super helpful to everyone who stopped by. It’s a community restaurant supporting the neighborhood and those who’ve served in the military. Would definitely come back and bring some friends as they have a great menu for groups as well!

Lip Smackin, finger lickin good! No other BBQ spot I've tried thus far tops the brisket, ribs, baked beans and potato salad. Not to mention their BBQ sauce is so good you just want to drink what's left! I ate here and left no crumbs! Their brisket justs melts in your mouth. We actually came 2 days in a row just to start hahaha. I based my rating on the food itself. Had to place my order on the kiosk because I wasn't helped at the counter. I'd keep ordering ahead on door dash because it does get very busy. But that won't stop me from coming back. You won't be disappointed with the quality of BBQ provided here.

This place has amazing bbq. True wood smoke pit. Ribs, fall off the bone, chicken amazing flavor. Nice bark on the Brisket. Tried some different lunch combinations and they were all excellent.

I live near but could never stop. Today i did. 8/4/23 stopped in late afternoon. The young man who was on staff was polite and did not hesitate to walk me through the menu. While I can't say I am a fan of the sauce but I am picky so please enjoy if that is you. The meat was very good. I saved some of the brisket and made a mushroom swiss melt for a snack! Good food and great interaction with the staff. Also as a Vet they have an honor wall that you just don't see anymore if ever. Thank you.
