Great food from a little strip mall type of place... plenty of tasty food in a serving... clean place with just the basic stuff on the walls and tables... but I like it better this way... no need to pretend to be anything but what you are... not expensive and the food is very good. Looking like lots of regulars eat or orders take out here
A solid Mexican food place in West San Jose with a nice wait staff and solid tasting food. Parking isn’t too bad and the space though small is cozy (not fancy) and feels like a cafe, but the wait staff is helpful, friendly and nice.
I have not been disappointed in the times I’ve visited and have enjoyed the different dishes I’ve tried. Though the dishes aren’t exactly memorable/standout (to me personally), they have more than met my cravings & expectations here in West San Jose.
Gloria’s Burritos was great. Their portion sizes are good and you can’t beat the prices. It’s a small and quaint little restaurant. The service was good and we did not have to wait long for our food.
Quiet, hole in the wall, casual eating restaurant. This place has been here for a long time, and you might miss it if you blink. However, looks are deceiving here... this place is FIRE!
My boyfriend always says, he can tell how good a Mexican restaurant is by how their refried beans taste. Their beans are creamy and flavorful, and they put them in their breakfast burritos. I know, sounds a little weird, but it goes together PERFECTLY.
I got the chorizo and egg burrito (there are only three types to choose from). I added a little bit of the red sauce they included, and WOW! My memory instantly took me back to my grandma's house as a kid. This sauce tastes almost identical as my grandma's red sauce that she used to make from New Mexico Chili Pods she ordered annually from Hatch, NM. Her chorizo and egg burritos with red sauce were my comfort food, and Gloria's is the closest I've ever found to it.
Everyone has been sleeping on Gloria's Burritos. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!
Everything here is so good! My favorites are the burritos, the shredded chicken taco, the sides of rice and beans, the pork tamale and enchiladas—all of them!

If you want an authentic San Jose style tacqueria experience, this is a great place. Not huge but clean and pretty, with fantastic burritos and perfect pico de gallo. You'll love it.

A hole-in-the-wall place if there ever was one, But great food presented and served well. The price seems a bit on the higher side, but is more than compensated by portion size and taste. The "wet" burrito I had was well seasoned, and came with fresh avocado slices on top. This one was a veggie one, but the chicken one was good, too.
