This place must have changed owners or something because all the old reviews seemed to hate it, but my experience was very different.
I paid 7.51 for 2 tacos, a chicken and a steak taco. Both were good, the meats were grilled and tasty, the toppings were clearly freshly made. These weren't the best tacos I've ever had, but these were amazing for an airport, and I felt the portion was very large for the price. It definitely felt like the quality I would expect from any other decent taqueria in town.
I had a small wait, but one of the employees up front was clearly being trained, since the other employee was walking them through how to make the orders. Given how expensive everywhere else is at this airport, this will probably be my go-to restaurant when I fly through SJC.
I got a pork burrito with spanish rice, black beans, pico, guac, sour cream, and cheese. It was delicious and very filling! It only cost $15.30 which, especially compared to other places in the airport, is a great price! Aliyah served me and she was awesome!
I noticed that many other reviews say that the portions aren't that good, so your mileage my vary.
In my case, considering the fact the airport food pricing are pretty much all scams, this place wasn't that bad. A good ol' burrito bowl of rice, beans, and meat for $9. As long as you don't compare it to what you would get at Chipotle, it's pretty good.

The steak is amazing! My daughter also really enjoyed their tortillas, bean and cheese burrito for the win.

Tasty food but the charge for each extra guacamole, etc was high. Portion sizes are average.
I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are fantastic and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we have a splendid time. warmly recommended.
