The restaurant has been around for a while and has an authentic atmosphere. Ordered pickup on a Friday night and was pleased with the freshness and taste. Returned the following week and ordered specialty rolls for 4 ppl, asking the waitress for recommendations - at the end, 3 of of 6 different specialty rolls were exactly the same with only avocado vs salmon vs avocado/salmon/tuna on top. Would have expected the waitress to guide me into variety.
I have been going to this place for 20 years. The food is amazing! You will not find another place like this. The whole atmosphere here is amazing. When you walk in they are quick to greet you and are always so kind. They really know how to make you feel welcome
Food, quality, service, atmosphere was amazing. I live out of state but would definitely recommend it and always try to go every time I’m in San Jose
the space there is not big, but the service and quality is good. Sushi is also fresh and reasonable price.

Place is clean, quiet and service is rapid. The miso was a bit stale... maybe it was my tastebuds. I only tried the crab avocado roll, edamame, the miso and their plum wine...the wine was screaming delicious! I will definitely be returning to try out their sushi selection, it looked great.

Good value for the price. Only problem for me was that I specifically talked to two servers about my sesame allergy to request it be left off, but then both my hamachi roll and my salmon shoyaki contained sesame.
I'd come here a couple years ago and loved it but sadly had not returned due to the pandemic. Happy to say it was just as delicious as I remembered when I returned this week! I really loved the Bruce almighty roll, but the dragon, caterpillar, and Bob hope rolls were all fresh and tasty too. We did try the Lenny and wes roll as well, but I didn't like the creaminess though it is advertised as creamy so can't blame them for it.
Best sushi ever. The sashimi is the best. Anthony and Mr. Lee are always delivering the best food, the sushi bar is the place to sit if you want to get in the action.
So good! Great service. Fresh fish. Awesome atmosphere. Can get crowded so go early. Order a beer in a frosty mug!
