My five star rating is for the staff and the staff alone! I placed a large order early one morning on the app and when I got to the store the girl let me know it would be a few more minutes (I was early!), no problem at all! Another person walked in and she kindly let them know it would take a while as she had another large order of 50 smoothies to make and had 1 blender. I didn’t get her name, but she was super efficient and super kind. She got me my order in time and was working diligently. Get her some help! At least a second blender!!
I dealt with the young woman mentioned in the last review and she made me one of the best drinks I've ever tried! She was so lovely and her customer service was what will bring me back. Thanks, young lady!
Ordered a "gotcha matcha" and my friend ordered a "razz ma tazz" I usually don't complain but the Matcha drink made by the young women there was terrible and my friends drink was made by another employee, Keith. It was soo good and when he saw i was bummed about my drink, He was so kind & offered to make me a new drink without me even having to ask. I ordered what my friend got and it was heaven. Customer service like this is what makes me go back to a place time and time again. Not to mention he can whip up a bomb juice! Thanks Keith!
Cool place. However some teenagers threw rocks at me and my drink spilled everywhere, they refunded my drink. didnt get another drink though.
I used to go to this location every morning, and the people work here are just amazing. They greeted me by name, knew exactly what I wanted, and always went out of their ways to make sure my order was correct: it wasn't super difficult actually, just a lot of brown sugar with my oatmeal. 😁 If you are looking for a place that provides yummy breakfast with excellent customer service, this is the place to go to!

Everything is fine, guys, BUT... you only serve take-away, and you have no bags to carry it all? Seriously? I had to walk several blocks to my hotel with a bowl and a big glass in my hands, how cool is that?
The food, however, is always fine, and the staff is always fast and friedly. Just get some bags please!!!
Traveling to the West coast for family vacation and very happy to see that Jamba Juice is alive and well out west (stores were closing in Chicago where I was first introduced to Jamba). The SF spot we hit was as good as always. Unfortunately they didn't make the original Citrus Squeeze so I had to go Razmatazz and of course it didn't disappoint!
Best smoothies and acai bowls in the game - the fruit they use is high quality and fresh!! The store itself is always clean and the staff is always nice.
I'm always thirsty after class and end up heading here to quench it. They are pretty quick here and have everything anyother jamba juice has. Heck they even do promotional stuff like I got a scratch sticker that gave me free stuff. GEt the watermelon coconut by the way, god its soooo freaking good.
