All the items are tasty here. Thai chicken curry and Penang Chicken curry tastes different.
Children would like Mango Chicken. Lemon Pepper Chicken also tastes good.
Thai tea tasted really good. It was standing out of the other dishes. Price is a way reasonable.
Good taste. The pad Thai is delicious, although a bit sweeter than usual. The beef is for extra charge. Some dishes are more Chinese than Thai.
Decent food for a fair price.
I tried so far the Thai curry and Mongolian chicken.
Both were good and well served in term of portion size.
They should do something about wonton noodle soup. Bland. Lack of taste. Couldn't eat it. Other location of Ruby Thai, the wonton soup is delicious. Other menus are good. Before you guys lose the battle with Panda nextdoor, better do something, asap. Maybe coming up with a new menu that is not similar with Panda will be a good move too. 😉
They have a diverse selection of really good food. Think Thai-Panda Express but even better. The food looks and tastes like it's made fresh whereas other fast food places you know it's reheated/frozen stuff. I'd recommend the lemon-pepper chicken, panang chicken, thai curry chicken, mongolian chicken, basil beef. I usually go half-half fried rice/noodles. They've consistently upheld their quality despite the generalization of being location in a mall's food court.
This is one of my daughter's favorite places to eat at the food court. They have really good mango chicken. Also they almost always have someone out handing out free samples so that you know what it tastes like.
For cafeteria-style Thai dishes from a mall food court, this place is excellent. Delicious and large portions. I was shocked to see the low rating, however, majority of the negative comments appear to come from overprivileged whiners.

Any time I have a Pad Thai craving, I always come here. They serve the BEST Pad Thai I've ever tasted!
PARKING/SEATING: Located in the UTC mall's Dining Terrace, parking may or may not be busy depending on the lunch or dinner rush hours. Still, there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating where you can eat your food.
FOOD PORTIONS: Depending on who is serving you, they can really pile up your plate/to-go tray or skimp on it. There's a short girl I love who serves A LOT of the Pad Thai noodles. The guy with the glasses skimps on giving me noodles all of the time, and instead gives me a bunch of veggies as a filler. Blah. (Explaining the 4 stars instead of 5). Best time to come would probably be 30 minutes after they open for the day, as the food is still at its freshest. Most of their foods sit under heat lamps all day, although I have seen the employees mix the foods every now and then throughout the day.
LINES: Fairly busy, depending on what time you go, but they are quick to serve... so it moves along in less than 3 minutes.
EMPLOYEES: Friendly. Not rude at all.
FOOD QUALITY: Fresh. I did get Mango Chicken about an hour before they closed, and it was on the stale, mushy side (having been under the heat lamp too long, maybe?)... but still good. They also serve Thai Tea with Boba. Depending on when you order this, the boba either comes out uncooked, or fairly mushy. Pad Thai.... YUM each time.
Great place to go after shopping. Very convenient and tasty Thai cuisine. Good prices and staff are friendly. Hope to see them succeed throughout Covid. Praying for all business right now.
For food court mall Thai food, it’s very good. BBQ chicken, Mongolian chicken and pad Thai all very tasty. Been many times and always enjoy it.
