You would not have known that you were dining during their soft opening. When Diem, our server, let us know this we were both surprised. Service was impeccable and personalized. Service times were spot-on, oysters on the half shell were clean and properly shucked so they separated cleanly from the shell, food quality was excellent and the seafood was cooked perfectly. My girlfriend and I sampled a mixed dozen oysters on the half shell, the bacon wrapped shrimp, pan roast and calamari Po Boy. All were excellent.
Perfect happy hour! Oysters were amazing, our server was quick and offered recommendations, and the owner even introduced himself. I am definitely returning. Not only for the food but so I can watch the chefs shuck those fresh oysters right in front of me!
The chicken wings were absolute fab! But I'm guessing you're reading this to find out if the place lives up to it's oystery name. My precious boyfriend had them and I barely got to taste them so theres your answer. The IPA's were super tasty as well.
Dollar oysters sounds scary, but they were absolutely delicious. Exec Chef Jeseph Torres came by to see how our experience was. Definitely coming back.

I was only here for a food tour, but the seafood bisque type dish we had was amazing, and I'm not a huge seafood person. The steam pots at the bar look pretty cool too.
The oysters are nice, great shrimp dishes, and the service is so nice.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Amelia provided outstanding service. One of our favorite places.
