Came all the way from Rochester NY to get a taste of steak and fries. The steak was cooked to perfection and the fries was delicious. The owners were friendly and very attentive. I would recommend this steak shop to everyone.
Another Mom & Pop family run place that opened up on Garnett and I have to say it's one of the best tasting cheesesteak I've had thus far. I love when I find places that focus on just one thing and do it right and I found that here with great and enthusiastic customer service. Come on down here and give these guys a chance I have a feeling you will not regret it.
My boyfriend and I found this place on the way home! We kept looking for something to eat. We had no luck until we found this place! We were so tired and hungry. This food hit the spot! A little hidden gem! We love Philly cheesesteaks, so this was a great surprise! Thank you!

Drove from Spring Valley to PB to try this place as I was craving a Philly and my go to place is closed and no other place I've had around San Diego is even decent... Hadn't had this one so took a gamble. Glad I did. Cherry peppers, onions, whiz and steak that is perfectly seasoned. Not too big, hits the spot in a way few places have managed... Definitely coming back.
Solid entry into the world of philly cheese steak. I should preface my review by saying I only hand out five stars on rare occasion, pretty much if it's one of the best I've ever had, so a four star rating is really good in my book. I tried the standard cheese steak with American cheese and a side of fries - I'd recommend Steak N Fries if you're in the area and like a good cheese steak. It was pretty good for the value, they didn't use cheesewiz, and the fries were traditional deli style fries. One of the things I liked the most about this place was the variety of cheeses available, most cheese steak operations don't give you a choice. The sandwich was a bit small for my liking, but I left satisfied overall and give this place my approval. I'll definitely be eating here again when I'm in Pacific Beach.
First time here and this is the way to try a good cheese steak sandwich out oh Philly. The bread, steak and melted cheese of your choice deliver a full and awesome meal enriched with the flavours you want to add as onions, jalapenos, mushroom or cheerry peppers. The service is super good and I'll definitely will visit again!!! The cheese fries also really good! If you're passing by looking for a good and quick bite, I recommend this sandwiches. Really good option!

I guess I just never had a good cheesesteak. I always felt they were overrated and just okay at best. A friend suggested this place and I could not believe how much better they are than any other cheesesteak I've had in the past. I get the cheesesteak with wiz, onions, and jalapeños. It's incredible. I live across the street and never tired it but I ended up liking it so much that I've been back 3 times in the last 4 days. Really speaks volumes considering I never really thought I liked these kind of sandwiches. They really knock it out of the park here.
Fries are perfectly cooked as well and the guy that I assume owns the place is very nice as well.
