So many amazing vegan options!! Started with fresh bread and pesto (both happen to be vegan) and then I had the vegan lasagna and my partner had a chicken dish. We both had a version of tiramisu (mine being vegan) and we both ordered a different tequila drink-both delicious! Save room for dessert and get the tiramisu…you won’t regret it. The vegan one was the best version I’ve ever had!!! Great service (thank you Marcello P), cozy inside and delicious food! We can’t wait to come back!
Great vibe in the center of Little Italy. Bruschetta with ricotta cheese and prosciutto was among the best. Spicy seafood pasta was also fresh and delicious.
I recently visited this restaurant and was very happy with my meal. The food was delicious and service was great. It’s a cute venue that feels very comfortable and authentic. If you are looking for a great venue in little Italy this is your spot.
You will be hard pressed to find fresh vegan pasta in most Italian restaurants, but at Civico 1845, they have a dedicated vegan menu complete with appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The ingredients are all super fresh and the plates are a good portion size.
Kerem makes the BEST espresso martini I’ve ever had!! The zucchini blossoms were also out of this world delicious! Service was outstanding and all of the staff so very kind and welcoming.
The outdoor seating and freshness of the food reminded me of Sorrento, Italy.
Tried all three dishes and they are all perfectly prepared, fresh, and just the right amount of flavors.

we are 3 Italians in their late 20’s visiting from NJ/NY…. Pasta was homemade, meals & cannolis phenomenal. We’ve been having a tough time, finding good Italian food in California and San Diego. But happy we ended up at this restaurant!
Great little Italian restaurant. As walk-ins we were able to get the servers to get our party of 8 seated within 10 mins. (It was about 8pm at night). We got the parpadelle short rib and the burrata salad. All very tasty. Would definitely recommend to others. Auto gratuity of 20% for larger groups and 4% living wages surcharge to be mindful of as well.
I can not understand any of these bad reviews!!! I had gluten free pasta and almond ricotta…. It’s been a long time since I enjoyed Italian food. This was wonderful. Even the olives were 5 stars. Our server Aria was a delight.
The best restaurant in San Diego where you can try real Italian cuisine. Fantastic!!!
