This southern France inspired cafe made some nice crepes for us with some good coffee too. We ordered at the counter and our breakfast was served in a timely manner. Nice place for a casual meal.
This cafe gave nice little extras. I had the poached eggs which came with the usual potatoes, but also a nice little pineapple, grape and cantelope salad. Travel partner had crepes with banana and strawberry and we had to do a swap half way through to taste all.
AWESOME! I've had this two days in a row and I'm amazed at how fresh every taste. The portion sizes is perfect and the price can't be beat. I don't know what they put on the potatoes but I could eat them everyday for the rest of my life and be happy. If you're looking for a great quick breakfast do stop in.
Breakfast. I really like this place. The lady that works there is so nice. She talked to me like we were friends instead of just a customer. The food was good and the prices are not bad. I ate there several times while in San Diego and so convenient near my hotel.
Breakfast was excellent. Google and Mapquest have it wrong. It is on the west side of Broadway Circle, notice Circle (not the main Broadway). We almost gave up when we arrived at a construction site, but I called and found our way. Good thing. Coffe was good. Eggs were excellent, and the price was not that high.
Looks like a lot of locals come here. It is small and seating can get tight.
But, if you are walking from the downtown hotels.. this is very good.
The atmosphere is so lovely! The two girls who were working we're incredibly sweet and such hard workers. Needless to say the food was fantastic with such a diverse menu. Great vegetarian options as well!!
Great spot. Cute, cozy little bakery - excellent coffee, I was able to get free wifi too!
Great spot for breakfast or lunch, especially if you're staying at the Westin Gaslamp. The paninis and wraps are excellent, and the crepes are delicious.
Excellent food and good service. I would have given this place 5 stars, but there was a loud TV playing obnoxious daytime tripe throughout my dining experience here. It's hard to focus on even writing this review as the 5 clucking hens banter over each other in the background. It's a show called "the real" which is ironic because nothing they discuss could be further from reality. Again, it would be a 5 star experience if it was about the food, but it quickly became about the decay of western civilization.
Lovely small eatery with a southern France atmosphere and food. Went there for breakfast and had one of their omelet signature dishes. Food tasted great and portions were decent size. The servers were very polite and helpful too.
Such a charming casual place, with a friendly staff. Loved my spinach cream eggs Benedict with sautéed potatoes! The aromas brought me in here. I'm going to come back to try the crepes, they look amazing!
Food tastes great, place is clean inside and out, bathrooms are new and clean. Four stars and not five because the service is a little slow and they tend to habitually forget silverware, condiments, coffee refills - need to sharpen up a bit. Otherwise great place.
Been here a few times when I stay at the Westgate and it has never disappointed. Honestly, most of the excitement of flying to San Diego was from thinking about getting their French Toast. The servers are always mega friendly too
The French toast croissant was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Great service-the kind that showed they love what they do and proud of food they serve, wonderful atmosphere inside and out.
Great priced, nice menu and wonderful food, in taste and presentation. Definite return location.
Had the French toast with cream cheese and side of sauteed potatoes. Very good.
Lovely place to stop for brunch and a cappuccino. Great service!
