I have eaten sushi all over town and can be fairly particular regardless of progressive or traditional style.
Not a traditional place, but the sushi options are great. Generous portions, fresh taste, good quality, new flavors, energetic yet comfortable atmosphere.
The service was great. Even engaged with the manager. All pleasant.
Haven't tried the delivery yet, but I'm sure I will.

Everything is good here! The sushi rolls are amazing, as are some of their stir fry dishes such as the Posh Green Beans. Just tried the Chicken Cesar Salad and it was so fresh and delicious. Amazing food together with an exceptionally friendly staff...you must go here.
This place......is amazing! The Posh rice with cream cheese and avocado is to die for! Every roll we've had is ridiculous and the cucumber water is amazing. The atmosphere is awesome and well located! Staff is super friendly. My wife and I love love love this place.
I love the House although I have had a bad meal here before. The pork chops are to die for. The currant sauce pairs perfectly with the meat. Request the noodles instead of the mashed potatoes they give you. The wasabi noodles are so good. I had the Chilean sea bass here and it was overcooked and too dry. The salmon rolls and Caesar salad with fried scallops are excellent to start your meal off with. Reservations are not super hard to get but totally necessary.

The atmosphere of Posh Sushi is very natural and peaceful, using earthy colors and soft lighting; Perfect for a date night. I was waited on by an employee named August, who was wonderful and gave very helpful suggestions on the menu. I ordered the poblano soup and the Nissi roll. The soup in itself was very creamy yet not overwhelming, a very great take on a traditional tortilla soup, the poblano pepper really added to the flavor and was tolerable in spice intensity. The Nissi Roll was incredible, the eel was fresh, the Serrano pepper that was used added a slow burn while the eel sauce gave it a sweet kick that really complemented each other. The aesthetics of the plate was amazing and showed the pride they take in their craft. I enjoyed my meal so much that I ordered a roll to go. Posh was a wonderful experience from the second I walked in the door, and the food really speaks for itself. Also, they have their own soy sauce that is absolutely incredible! Even if you're not a fan of sushi, you should give it a try, they offer something for everyone.
Finally, I found an amazing sushi place to try different types of rolls and Asian food. Tasty sushi with other options as well. Comfy atmosphere and efficient service. 100% recommended.

From the Sunomono to the Teppanyaki and everything in between this place is a class A restaurant. Their sushi rolls are always on point! I like that the not only offer great Japanese cuisine but they also offer a wide variety of international food.

Posh was my favorite sushi in Laredo and since moving to San Antonio was the restaurant I missed most. So glad they finally opened here, despite the competition it is still the best sushi I've had!
So so happy that there is finally a Posh in San Antonio. I moved here 5 years ago from Laredo and I have missed it. It tastes just as good too. Yakimeshi Rice is my favorite and thier villarreal rolls.
This restaurant has been a long time coming but is finally opening this week! So excited I love posh in Laredo and I'm so glad we have one here now! Amazing food and atmosphere.
