Their chicken strips, milkshakes, fries, and malts are great. Their breakfast specials are also outstanding. This location was alright compared to others I've eaten at.
Area caters to diverse community. Customer service was great gentlemen who attended us was training a young lady. Both were very patient and kind. Food was made fresh and in a timely manner. Bathroom and dining area were clean and wiped down while we were eating. The drink I wanted was out and management immediately helped and changed the box.
OMG I just moved back to TX because I couldn't convince Whatabuger to open restaurants in California! Today I had my first Whataburger in 10 years, and am in WHATAHEAVEN! This location is newish, well-maintained and staffed by folks who clearly enjoy what they do....plus, its freakin Whataburger, yay!
Typical what
aburger. Good service. Food was hot. A little slow but not bad. The location was a bit unconvenent. The breakfast bowl had plenty of food.
They are getting lazy with their food? I mean I’m pretty sure when they first came out ? The burgers or delish ? Now it’s like they just do it ? Bc someone preferred it or they just throwing stuff on there. I ordered a BLT 🥪 and they put cold avocados from squeezed a bottle? Other whattaburger locations have fresh avacado. The Avacado they put on my sandwich was frozen ! So when I was biting into it the burger was hot and had frozen avocados lol
I am giving a 4 star bc they have some good breakfast choices and some of the burgers are actually okay. ☺️
Whataburger - Where Colonoscopies and Burgers Collide!
Who knew that the perfect remedy for a colonoscopy morning is a stop at Whataburger? I must say, this place has it all – bright and inviting drive-thru signs, an umbrella for the unpredictable sun, and Roxanna B., the intercom superstar who made sure I felt like royalty during my visit.
The wait time was shorter than my mother-in-law's colonoscopy procedure, which is saying something! Roxanna, who seemed to be the master of all trades, managed to take my order, handle my payment, hand me my food, get everything correct and still be as sweet as a cherry cola.
Now, on to the food – I ordered the biscuit and gravy meal with a coke. The biscuit, well, let's just say it was drier than the desert on a hot summer day. But hey, the gravy was delightful, and the coke was a refreshing savior – just what I needed after the early morning adventure.
But here's the real deal-breaker: the Large styrofoam cups! Whataburger, please hire a cup engineer ASAP. These cups are as fragile as my patience when the biscuit came out dry. One wrong move, and boom! You've got a wet, sticky disaster on your hands. Luckily, I've had my fair share of cup catastrophes, so I avoided a repeat this time.
All in all, Whataburger provided an unforgettable experience, blending colonoscopies and fast food in a way only they can. Now, I just have to wait for my free burger after this epic food journey – talk about a colon cleanse special! 😄🍔💨
Passed by Friday night after waiting next door at Sonic for 20+ minutes just for 2 slushies. Glad we didn't bother waiting any longer for food because Whataburger did not disappoint! Went through the drive-thru and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Placed our order, paid, and was asked to pull up while they prepared our order. The wait wasn't long by any means but they still apologized when they brought our food out and that is definitely appreciated. Everything was exactly as ordered with customizations - add grilled onions, no mustard, etc. Drove home to eat & the food was still hot! That is always impressive when fast food sits for a drive and you are still able to enjoy a hot meal. All of the food was tasty & we will certainly be back! P.S. try the spicy ketchup - it's one of my favorite finds since moving to Texas!
The cleanest, and the best Customer Service I have ever seen in Whataburger
This Whataburger crushed it! My meat cookies (large beef patties) were juicy and hot, perfect! And our server, Adam, has a great personality. This young man is going places.
Had a little misunderstanding (language barrier) with our server, but the restaurant manager was super nice and fixed our issue, which was that we were given the wrong size meal.
