Stuffed shells were great ! Went in looking for pizza server recommend shells and glad i took his advise. Service was awesome would recommend.
I had a great experience there yesterday for Valentines Day. The waiter was attentive and the food was excellent. I had the cheese ravioli and would definitely eat there again. We had no wait as we got there early about 5:00.
I love this restaurant. I am in town for a conference. I consider Paesanos my favorite hand down. For the last 29 years, I've been waiting to get back here. This is the first restaurant I have visited. "Shrimp Paesanos " is my favorite dish. It's delicious.

Didn’t start out well as we were paged to the hostess stand for our table only to find the Hostess missing in action for ten minutes. Turns out she was also helping tables with water refills and such. Hostess needs to be up front all the time, especially in a place this busy. At least 15 people in line waiting for her while she was MIA. Our server was great. While waiting for our table, we camped out at the bar and the bartender and service was great. The food was very good. My wife ordered the pepperoni pizza and was very happy with it. The grilled chicken pizza was four stars from my sister: According to my brother in law, the veal Marsala was five stars and he was in the food industry for 30 years! He enjoyed the crispy texture and flavors. I had the chicken parm with Italian sausage add on. Chicken parm for me was four stars, Italian sausage was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place, but get a reservation. We sat outside by the river walk at 7:45 PM . It was fine since it was covered and fans at everywhere.
My wife and I eat here for our 40th anniversary. Servers are friendly and attentive. Food was amazing and more than you can eat. We came back for lunch the next day and I ordered a side of Meatballs and cheesy garlic bread. From that you can literally feed two grown lumber jacks or two normal adults and one child.
Had the crab stuffed salmon, which was to die for. Our waiter was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great as it is right on the riverwalk. Absolutely recommend stopping here for dinner. Huge wine list, too, if you like wine.
A nice Italian restaurant on the riverwalk. A little pricey, but it was still a positive experience. I ordered the Pork Osso Buco
with Gnocchi and Asparagus ($32) & it was delicious!! The hunk of pork on a stick was very filling, & the gnocchi cheese was so tasty!
My fiancée ordered fettuccine alfredo w/ chicken, & it was subpar: the chicken was dry & the pasta noodles tasted ok.
My waiter, Jonathan, was great! He was very nice, attentive, & helped pack our leftovers in to-go containers. We were also seated under a heat lamp so the environment was very relaxing with the river nearby us.
Paesanos Riverwalk is a bit less casual than most of the surrounding places, which is nice for a quiet meal. The Italian food was not the best but was very good. We had a great evening meal here and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a little bit more upscale experience on the riverwalk. They also have a nice wine list.

We started out amazed that they got us in (table of 2, but the line was for real)....and when we walked through the restaurant, THE SMELLS Y'ALL!!!
Got to our table and found the only downside....this is a LOUD restaurant y'all, but when you get your order, you see why. AND. YOU. DON'T. CARE.
So....we ordered giant calamari. Typically a pretty "meh" app, but typically they are not cooked here. I'm not a calamari person, but holy moly that was good!! The chipotle marinara was really - REALLY - GOOD.....But the lime-caper sauce was other worldly. And I don't like limes. Or capers!!
On to the main course, my partner and I ordered the Stuffed Shells (very solid, a bit saucy), and the Shrimp Paesano. Now, don't get me wrong, those stuffed shells were good. But did you ever see the commercials for Klondike bars? Where they are like "What would you do? For a Klondike bar?" Yeah.....I'd do some messed up stuff for some Shrimp Paesano. SRSLY. OMG OMG OMG.
In addition to being right down the River Walk from "our" hotel, the atmosphere is phenomenal, and we cannot wait to come back and sample more of the menu!!

Thank goodness the food was amazing because the service was subpar. While I truly want to give this gorgeous restaurant five ⭐️, I can’t because our service was truly disappointing. Without going into a ton of detail, we did watch the servers at other tables and they were much better then ours. Friendly, attentive, and chatting with their guests. Ours never checked on us once our order was taken. We had to ask the food runners to get us silverware and napkins and after multiple passes and acknowledging that my sons drink was empty he finally got halfway through our final course. I also would have gotten a glass of wine but she never came back.
Now for the food. I asked our server to surprise me and I kindly described what I usually get. She put it in and it came out, again no clue what I had, but it was delicious. We did get bread and olive oil with cracked pepper complementary. The bread was absolutely delicious. I was sad that there was no vinegar as I absolutely love vinegar with my olive oil.
Of heading over during peak dinner time, plan to wait 30 minutes. Again, the food was worth every penny but the service was not.
The food was very good, the service was excellent. Inside the restaurant was super humid and hot, so very uncomfortable. Portions of the pasta are huge.
Great food and service. The Chicken Parmesan was fantastic. The calamari was tender and moist. Some of the best I've had.
