I came in yesterday for an impromptu afternoon bite to eat with my older sister. We were greeted right away with a courteous welcome. The person that took our order was named Josh, he was very charming and had a great sense of humor with us.
While our order was being prepared, he came out to our table with an extra frosty and an apology that it would be a couple of extra minutes so that our fries would be fresh hot. Not only did we very much appreciate the top notch service, but the honest and direct communication about our wait. I feel like we don’t get that very often at a fast food restaurant. 🤷🏻♂️
This location was also very clean and well kept.

The place was clean, went to wash hands in the restroom which was also clean. The elder gentleman who took our order was super friendly, made a lot of conversation with us. Food was also good. Only thing is that they took a little longer than expected to get us our order because I believe they forgot we were waiting until my husband went to ask they remembered but would much rather go here than the Cafe Rio that it neighbors.
We came to this wendys at 10:30ish on the 17th and the service was awesome, very kind and food was really good. The people working that night deserve a raise.
Just when I thought good customer service was gone forever the gal taking my order and at the window was am absolute delight. I wished I could have caught her name. She had dark hair, and a raspy voice. She was kind taking my order, offered to add a coupon at the window (she didn’t have to do this). And actually cared to ask about my day genuinely. That is an employee I hope you work hard for.
This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the person who helps be is really nice, other times they are jerks. It's weird, I come in once per week, order fries and a drink and service is very inconsistent.
Also, I just need fries in a bag, I don't need the cardboard sleeve, please figure out a way to just put the fries in the bag and keep the sleeve for another customer.
I feel so ashamed that you hand me the bag, I immediately dump the fries in the bag and then hand the sleeve to the worker to dispose of, it's just a waste.
The guy in front of me must have ordered for 10 people because I was sitting at the mic waiting to order for 15 minutes. Turns out from what I could see only two people were working there. I just wanted to say thank you for getting me food and I'm sorry you're understaffed. Y'all did a great job. I would tell the management to step it up but it's hard to compete with a government who is paying people to stay at home. Best of luck, I'll be back.

Between the 4 for $4, the biggie bag, and kids meals, we feed our large crew and spent little. The food was timely and just what we ordered. The restaurant looked like it had recently been remodeled. It was clean, bright and inviting. Staff were helpful. We were there when it was not very busy. The reason for four stars is the restaurant was hot. I expected AC or free ice cream with the heat. Overall we had a good experience.
Food was as expected for Wendy's. But the person who worked the drive through, I believe her name was Jamie, was so delightful. Not the fake drive through nice, but honestly a genuinely nice person.
I want to give a shout out to Jamie that was working the drive through window when I went through today. She is AWESOME!!! Her attitude and friendly manner, even over the speaker was great. So many drive through people just ask what you want and type it in. She actually *interacted* with me. It was great.
I've been a fast food manager in years past and if I could have gotten workers like her, I would have hired a dozen!!
